Normally I'd assume that since it's not out in NZ, then it's not coming out tonight. It may not be, but since it's supposed to coincide with the console release (tomorrow, i.e. tonight midnight) I'm still hopeful for a late night release tonight. It's been a good day so far (Scarface, Deadliest Catch, Dark Void Zero for me so far today) so hopefully the trend continues.

Well, wasn't AC:2 supposed to, and then we got some sort of puzzle? Also, that does seem like a pretty successful day in the App Store. I might've snagged Scarface, but I'm saving my iTunes money for Zombie Infection, this, and possibly Mirror's Edge, when it ever shows up. I'm running low on personal money. Good thing I'm only a jobless teen.
Agreed, iPhone releases that coincide with console releases would be great for all developers. And there's more of a guarantee that it'll hit on the release, if they submit it earlier. The same thing happened with TTR3 last year. That release date that was set was the date they submitted it.

The cinematic trailer has just come out, but still no gameplay video yet. It's unlikely that this game will be out anytime soon.

The PC version is set to come out on the 27th (just the Xbox 360 comes out today) so they might tie this release into the PC one, hopefully it isn't another Assassin's Creed.
it's out already according to Gameloft's Facebook page unfortunately only the mobile version i got excited when i saw it then---DAMN! MOBILE VERSION?!
