I'd rather not discuss it too much on a public forum, as it is all sorted now, but it's half my fault for including some of the assets in a template I made to show the pseudo 3d engine for the game, and half the other guys fault, who's business model seems to be, to publish downloaded templates with little to no changes made to them. Every game he has released is (as far as I can tell) templates he has downloaded from the web or bought, and then made hardly any changes to. (in some cases, no changes at all) anyways, water under the bridge. The game is now approved, so will be out tomorrow I shall post here tomorrow with all the details. Good times.
