When playing some songs (doesn't matter if ripped from cd or purchased from iTunes), some songs that previously played fine now play 10 seconds and then skip to the next song or some songs end 10-30 seconds before they are supposed to. The time length displayed is correct, the song just doesn't play for that amount of time. I tried opening one of the songs with Quicktime and playing it and it plays the same 10 seconds of the song as iTunes but instead of stopping after that, the rest of the song is just some clicking noises. The file somehow is corrupted? Any ideas why this happens? Is it fixable? Is it a common event? Some of the stuff was ripped from cds, so that I can just copy again. A -lot- of my stuff is downloaded from iTunes, so I guess I'm screwed there. Apple doesn't let you redownload music, right?
