Wow this looks amazing are you able to draw in the game because you cant take pictures on a ipodtouch anyways really looking forward to the game
You cannot draw in the game, only on a piece of paper and then import it through the Camera or Photo Library. For the iPod Touch you will be able to import photos through the photo library. So as long as you can get your drawings into the photo library (through iPhoto or the web) you will be able to still play the game. Hopefully Apple will add a camera to the iPod Touch soon.

just found about the game. sounds amazing and fun. Are you guys working on the app still or did you submit it already?
It'll be simple enough for us non-iPhone users. Find a place with WiFi, take a picture with your cell, send it to your email address. Open it on your touch, voila! Unless your camera doesn't have a cell phone, then just drop the rock and flint and get yourself a nice LG or Samsung.

I just thought for ipod touch users, you could download a drawing app, doodle buddy or sketchbook etc., and just save a drawing on there and then import it to this game. This game looks awesome, you could make your ship a racecar and your enemies a bunch of other cars, and have the obstacles be haystacks and cones and have a shooting race! or turn on its side and make a side-scroller!
Definitely! They idea is to let users create whatever shooter they would like. Be it a space shooter, ww1 shooter, bees fighting butterflies amongst flowers, or a white blood cell fighting viruses in the human body... anything. You will be able to log on, download and play whatever crazy creations other users have come up with. With some sort of abuse control to limit flying genitalia of course.
I'm a little confused (haven't read through the thread thoroughly).. but you don't have to draw, right? You can just have a piece of paper and take a picture of it- like a print out of an R-Type game spaceship.. I will be following this, it looks great.
Yes, you can take a photo of anything, as long as its on a white or off-white background and there is a clearly defined border around the drawing/image.
