Gameloft is retarted i emailed them asking if skate nation is more like skate or tony hawk and they said we do not provide free downloads. Im still getting this though.
Yeah, I had the same issue. I asked them why is nfl us and ca store only and they answered me to restart my iphone. I sent them 4 emails to correct them but they still don't get it. At least the answers were funny.
If it's anything like Skate 2 I wouldn't take a dump on it for money. Skate one was about what's important... skating. Skate 2 was about gimmicks like security guards, phoning bodyguards and removing anti-skate devices from railings. When are they gonna learn that if the skating itself is actually good enough, we don't need all this gimmicky RPG crap?

Where are you I thought this as well as mike v. Do or die was going to be out in early November. We are now nearing the end of November and really no news about either one of these games. Are they coming anytime soon?
Nobody knows anything? Why bother saying when a game is going to release if you can't make the date. Keep all info to yourself and surprise us and just release. We in the real world have to stick to what we say, what makes you any different
kid's love skateboarding games, and they make top dolla. i'd bet my bottom one on it being out before christmas.

doesn't look nice at all. Horrible camera following. Doesn't stay above or zoom out a bit so you can see ramps. cramped screen. And out of all of those tricks only a few managed to have the correct names and such.. when they say you did an "ollie 180" They should just call it a "backside 180" or frontside 180" depending ont he way you spin... also the animations for the impossible were lame too... with an impossible you keep your foot on..without it it's just a 360 shuv. and also....the animation for that handplant was pathetic... no one goes into a rock to fakie to fs invert... ridiculous... they need to fix it so the character goes straight into it. music was terrible.... and how the character when picked said "whatever" is lame too. Hopefully tony hawk will come out with an iphone game or EA SKATE.
Hey Ryan Sheckler, you might want to lower your standards a bit on what you expect to see from the first skateboarding game for the iDevice. Yes, Gameloft doesn't get it right 100% of the time (understatement), but this isn't a console version, so if it doesn't meet your hardcore sk8 standards, don't buy it.
Well, technically it's not the first skateboarding game (I think it will be the fifth one), but it's the first one to feature an open word environment. In any event, skatelakai117 is a top contender for the pickiest commenter on TA.
I have to agree with Ryan Sheckler, being a former skater myself, I have high standards for skateboard games on the iPhone. Touch grind was AWESOME. Looking more forward to Tony Hawk than this. It looks more cartoony than I was hoping. Jst my opinion.
Alright -- I can see that someone who really knows the sport would have a particular perspective on that trailer. I guess if they ever do a fencing game I would probably feel the same way.
