Eh, i'm pretty sure he was attempting to take a shot at me with that post.

Even if he wasn't, similarities to cheesy movie lines aside, what I wrote was accurate. Ask all the people you want, but after paying $4 for a game, are you gonna decide that it was worth the $4 because someone told you it was, or because you put in some time with it, and ultimately decided it was?

Wow. Page 3 and nobody really contributed to the answer to the question.

Anyway, I actually purchased this game 2 days ago on impulse (I was looking for a tycoon/simulation game and managing a sushi restaurant sounded good).

This game is fun and entertaining, but it has some flaws. The translation is somewhat horrible, and sometimes the control is difficult (while making sushi and frying shrimps). The graphics is nice, and I would say this is a fairly in-depth game on the iPhone/iPod touch as far as managing a restaurant goes.

Basically, this game is like Harvest Moon, but instead focuses on sushis. You have to fish everyday for ingredients, then prepare the food, then open the restaurant to make money. You can take "academic test" to improve your sushi's values, and you are given quests to do to increase abilities. You also have to socialize around town to gain reputation... but the real main goal is to just make money and pay off your loans and defeat your competitor (rival restaurant). The game doesn't give you a lot of tutorial, so you have to explore on your own (a lot).

I would give this game a 4 out of 5. Hope this helps.

Is there a Nate Games developer on this site that we could send feedback to?

I just checked on some of the other Nate Games reviews in the app store and there is so many reviewers there that only reviewed other Nate Games. They were smart though, not all the reviews are 5 stars, there are some four star reviews as well.

Like you ever post anything useful? You just contradicted your every post in this thread. /Fail
It's either lame insults thrown at people who conflicts with your preferences or spam like all your posts in this thread.
It sure sounds very intelligent to relate sushi to shoes just because it's Japanese.

First of all, i'd like to congratulate you on popping your all-knowing head in here and responding to a month-old post of mine that had nothing to do with you.

Second, when i wrote about posting a response, i meant a response to what I wrote. But nice try Merlin. Also, your "sushi to shoes" line makes absolutely no sense.

And lastly, I only throw "lame insults" at pompous douchebags or complete idiots. You figure out which of those categories you fall under.

BTW, I noticed you removed the all-knowing Mario line from your sig. I guess even you can admit you were wrong.

I dunno, I think saying "/fail" sounds WAY more intelligent.

No, I am pretty real. I was googling up a good strategy to play this game but then there were none, and I ended up on this forum. I don't think I will post too many stuff on this forum though because I am not a hardcore apps fanatic.

And yea, the developers for this game are pretty shady...almost all their comments and ratings are fictitious... they are just creating attention which obviously they are not getting...

Nice review, Silverhawk! I downloaded the game over the Christmas break and it's pretty good. I've been playing it nonstop since I got it. Right now I'm stuck at level 6, where I'm supposed to secure 8 regular customers and I might have to start over! Were you able to buy all the upgrades - costumes, aquariums, etc.? Any tips?

It helped that a TA member posted a link to an app he made (AppReviewsFinder) which let me search for AppStore reviews outside the US, complete with translation, which were very helpful. At least in other AppStores, the game has gotten legit reviews. Skye06 also told me that the devs were likely to slash the price around Christmas, which they did.

The instructions are too long without being particularly helpful, some are just outright bizarre and funny because of the horrible English translation. Just skip these parts when you can and explore on your own.

The Cooking Mama style cutting and slicing are pretty tough, especially when you take tests to upgrade your sushi.

The devs should stop posting fake reviews of the game because it's actually pretty good. They should also keep the price at $1.99, although personally, I would be willing to pay more for it since it's pretty good and complex.

    Ganzi's impression

if anyone have the problem with which sushi to impress Ganzi, you can read this post.

To impress Ganzi, you can use two sushi, bream sushi and puffer sushi, and you have to use shrimp to make the stay time longer. This is a last mission, once you did it, the game is finish:):):)

Anyone know how to get "king of Friendship" trophy? i tried everything but nothing else relate with this trophy.
