I love the art and concept drawings! A card game with amazing art and special effects?! I can't wait for the gameplay video. Keep up the good work and keep us informed.
That's right, you can win mini-packs of 3 random common cards by completing quests. And just like regular TCGs, you can fully play the game with only the free starter deck, however by purchasing the booster packs you can get rare cards, and many different expansions will be offered with a lot of new card series.
Really hope we get to see some actual in-game screenshots. Like I've said before I very much like Orions' setup and gameplay, and not much else I've seen in the AppStore when it comes to TCG. Just make it user-friendly enough that we don't have to jump through so many hoops to play it. All this talk of TCG games on the iPhone has me wanting to play some Orions right now
Yes there will always be quests, even at the level cap, as some are randomly generated... You can always challenge another player, fight a quick game against a random AI opponent, or complete quest missions. The game is still in development, so no release date has been set...
Straight to the point. I concur. Fun gameplay is more important. As good as the art may be--how the the cards interact and the game dynamics is something I'm more curious about.
Wow, time flies when you're having fun! But it was only 1 month... And a busy month with the iPad launch and all... Still another few months away from launch, for sure... Wanna see more awesome art in the meantime?
I hear ya Kyle. We're working on a similar game (CCG-type game) and development time and creative time are going more slowly than we had hoped. In the end it's all about great games, though, so hopefully the wait for both will be well worth it! Cheers and best of luck with Shadow Era, I'm looking forward to its release! Q
This game looks awesome... And the artwork has taken my breath away... I wanna know more about the game, the mechanics, the release date (well, an estimation), etc... And if there's a chance to play a beta of the game... I hope that will free, and had options to increase your deck without buy booster pack... I don't have such enough money to buy cards... P.D. Sorry for my bad english... If there's anybody that speak spanish that's will be better
