Your account is your account and contains all your cards and decks. The client software you use to access that account has no effect on what you have. No matter where you log in from (Web/iPhone/Android/Mac/PC/Whatever), you're accessing your account. Think of it like World of Warcraft. It doesn't matter what computer you use to log into your account, it still has all your characters and items.

thanks for the info:) Will it require me to have a persistent decent internet connection (3g/wifi) all the time while the app is running?

So, this is a MP-only app and no single-player campaign what-so-ever?

I am not sure about the review process as some big names can mark the publish date while others have no idea when their apps would be reviewed and approved.

There are future plans to allow offline play, but currently it is an online game and requires an internet connection to play. But there are plenty of single player matches available where you play against the AI.

It is single player against the AI, but you still need to be online to login, get your current deck setup from the server, get the list of missions available for your level, and earn gold and experience from the battle. So it is "online single player against the AI".

The offline support would be to remember your last deck, and be able to practice against the AI without logging into the server, but you won't get any gold or experience from it.

Usually when people announce a release date, their game has already been approved.

I've only been sort of half-following this thread — mostly because the whole "It's coming soon!" thing can get out of hand — but I have to say that the game looks fantastic.

My interest level just went up about 500 percent. I'll be keeping a close eye on this release ...

The cards you can use are based on your Hero. For example, a Human Warrior can use: Human Allies, Warrior Abilities, Human Abilities, Neutral Abilities. A Shadow Mage, on the other hand, can use: Shadow Allies, Mage Abilities, Shadow Abilities, Neutral Abilities. The icon in the top right of the card, as well as the card type text, will let you know who can use that card.

You receive 25 shadow crystals when you level up (which you can use to buy starter decks/packs), and you unlock more AI enemies.

Can anyone describe to me exactly how you get more cards?

I'm guessing you're unaware of the top menu so you don't know how to access the merchant. In the game, move your mouse to the top-middle of the screen, from there, you can click on to access the drop-down menu. You'll be able to purchase more cards from the merchant.
