I have an iPod touch 2g with the 4.0 beta 1 or 2 not sure. But now with WWDC coming in June 7 rumors are that the new iPhone will be released in June because AT&T has blocked vacation for their employees in June. So when a new iPhone comes out a new ipod touch comes out and i want to upgrade (hopefully they'll add new features this time). My question is am I legally allowed to sell it on amazon?
Amazon? What the heck? Just stick to ebay like every other person does. It works fine and must be easier than setting up an Amazon seller account.
