I also wanted to know if this would be a good place to start for a RPG beginner. I've been on the fence a long time waiting for TA user impressions, too. It's a good menu-based RPG similar the classic FF titles, and is well worth the buck you'll spend on it, since it's on sale. There's nothing genre-defining about the game, but it has a well laid out story, good character development system, and a bit of exploration and adventure. These things make a good game when done right, and Kemco's RPGs are usually on the right side of things in this regard. AnarKitty Well-Known Member Oct 10, 2010 3,654 0 0 Minneapolis, USA #7 AnarKitty, Jul 10, 2013 Thanks for the impressions, E-P. Looks like I'll climb off my fence at long last. orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #8 orangecan, Jul 10, 2013 Agreed. I bought it at the last sale and while I think it's a tad more simplistic than a lot of RPGs it has a good plot and is holding my attention. I'm not convinced its worth full price but its a steal at .99. Though I must admit its starting to feel a bit Grindy now, while the standard monsters are easily beaten the regular boss battles are getting more and more tricky (currently at the looking for engine parts in the slums) Gryphon Well-Known Member Feb 24, 2012 1,020 0 0 #9 Gryphon, Jul 10, 2013 is this iphone 5 optimized?
