Hi, does anybody know how to get a refund on apps? and how nice are they with refunding? Will they refund it if you hate it, or it crashes, to many bugs? Or what reasons will they refund it?
go to your purchase history and then to the app you want a refund for, there should be something in the form of a link to ask for a refund. Usually they only refund if you mistakenly bought the app. They will not refund all the time, and record it when you ask for a refund to ensure that people don't abuse the system or ask for refunds every week.

Kind of along the lines of freedog, they seem to consider your return a one-time deal so make sure it is something more than a $0.99 cheapie. This may not be a set in stone once only thing, but it can't happen very often.
They used to refund easily one year back but i think the guidelines are strict nowadays and unless you have a genuine reason for refund they wont do it.
There is a way but it's committing fraud. (I have done it ) But i promised to never do it again, and so far so good.
