Today we're able to re-download games from the app store when we restore or format our iDevices. So, I'd like to know if the same will be possible when purchasing in-app extra content. If you're unable to re-download extra content for free then I don't think I'll ever be purchasing in-app content. Xbox Live had this issue for 2 years before it was finally fixed late last year. Hopefully this is something Apple has already covered.
i think you can redownload the DLC again for free since its tied to your account and you have purchased it before
It depends on the dev. If they want it to be free, it's free. If they want people to pay for it again, they have to pay for it again. It says it in the agreement thing before you update to 3.0
