    Features:
    • CLASSIC & ARCADE MODE - It’s the game you love with no cleanup required! Players score points by building lines of tiles that are all one shape or all one color. Complete a line of 6 tiles to score a “Qwirkle” for 6 bonus points! Challenge your favorite opponents and let the tiles fall where they may. — Adapt your strategy and take advantage of exciting new power-ups. Whether you’re able to triple your score or change order of play, Arcade mode will be sure to throw a wrench into your opponents’ traditional game plan.
    • CONNECT FROM MULTIPLE DEVICES - Create a profile and access your games from any device. Each Qwirkle game can seat up to 4 players, so invite friends, random players or add a CPU opponent.
    • STRATEGIZE & SOCIALIZE - Each time you score, you’ll accumulate Qwirkle Points. Your Qwirkle Points will unlock achievements, and you can spend points on new game boards and power-ups. Qwirkle supports Game Center so you’re free to challenge the best players worldwide.
    • BREAK A MENTAL SWEAT - Qwirkle is a Mensa Select National Competition Winner, so your brain will be in tip-top shape after a few rounds of this easy-to-learn, strategic pattern recognition game that’s fun for all ages!

The elegance of dominoes with the pattern recognition of Blink! I love it.

Hmm so it looks from the videos that the clones have done it better here - can't believe that it doesn't highlight where your opponent last played - that seems something obvious which would be better and most of the clones such as mind feud do.

One of the "clones" chiming in

Shameless promotion, but we thought it relevant. Feel free to delete this, if this is against forum rules and etiquette. We come in peace :)

We have just released SUGU which you might be interested in.

It's a hybrid between Qwirkle and Wordfeud - and it is 100% free AND 100% ad free. Like Qwirkle it's based on symbols and colors, but the board game has dynamic fields to add to the dynamic of the game. We developed it as a sort of "Wordfeud for kids". You can connect with Facebook to automatically find friends to play with.

We hope you'd like to give it a try:

If you have kids you should buy the physical copy of this game. I love playing this with my kids...it's one of the few games my six year old can play and shes even competitive. I can't say I'm as excited about the app as the experience of the game is laying tiles but it's perfect for the digital format...
