From time to time I see Developers selling off completed iPhone/iPad projects. Some games have already been released in the store and some have not yet been released. I have an Apple Dev license and have someone working on a project for me. However, would I need to do anything special to buy completed projects that I like and release them in the app store? Anyone with experience or knowledge of this please post or get a hold of me.
