      Okay, I have too simple questions about App advertisements.

      1. Is it considered an ad if you post a simple picture of an add on the home screen of a website that gives a direct link to the app in iTunes?

      2. How much does it usually cost for an add if a website is either A. Mediocre and unpopular, or B. Great and very popular?
