    • Push notifications not working on facebook app?

      I've downloaded the recent update for facebook, yet I have yet to receive any type of push notification. I have a 3GS , I'm always connected to the internet, and i have all my push notifications set to on , both in the "Notifications" tab in "Settings" and under the "Facbook" settings under the "Settings" tab

      Could anyone recommend anything else to try or a fix this or know if there was a problem reported and they are looking into the fix?

      Ignoring the spam post... I'd just like to say it's been working for me. I've got it set only to push with private messages and every one I've received so far has been pushed.

      It's not working for me either, but I guess I don't really care enough to worry about it.

      Midian I thought you were too cool for facebook? ;)

      I've got Facebook, with all my real friends and family on there. I just don't wanna join some hardcore gaming network.

      The syncing of contacts doesn't work either. :/

      You have to write their names as contacts first, THEN sync them.
