You got punked, its a joke.

If you go back and re-read it, you might even appreciate the humor, its so over the top.

Given how this forum leans, its a little like telling the PETA meeting about your plan to raise money via a fur coat auction. It IS funny...if you dont get killed first.

Uhh no. This thread is ridiculous to start with. I'm just saying random rude things before it's locked.

    Hypocritical much?

Why does Michael Vick have to go to jail and be stripped of all his riches just for killing dogs and George Bush has to be paid inflated salaries and live on an expensive ranch for murdering thousands, huh.

America is morally bankrupt to the core. No values, no morals.

Oh by the way, where i'm from, dog meat is some mouth watering delicacy called 404, though i never tried it.

    Try that for dog loving.

    Humans come first.

Obama's war policies are nearly identical to George Bush's

I'm not gonna get into a whole big argument about this, but if you take a closer look at what Obama has done (and not done) thus far, it looks more and more like his policies are not all that different than Bush's were. From the people he's hired to address the financial disaster/recession, to talks of adding more troops to Afghanistan. And those are only two examples of what appears to be a growing list of similarities. It's looking more and more like all that talk about "change" was just that. Talk.

(BTW, I voted for Obama and knew that I would long before the Presidential election took place)

He may support it, but has done nothing to show that. Almost all war policies from Bush's Presidency remain intact

Wrong mate, wrong!!! Obama hasn't started a war yet, at least the one i'm aware of. He is taking the fght where it should have been initially, which is, Afghanistan.

Do not act like you don't know that Obama has always wanted to send the troops to Afghanistan because he campaigned loud and clear on that issue.

Obama is not Bush, got it? Obama will never be Bush got it? Obama is humane and is not a right wing lunatic who tot bible about but would murder and torture a human being while screaming ''Jesus is Lord''

Obama is a man of intelligence, who actually seems to be aware of his decisions at any given time.

So do not give me that crap that he is the same as Bush.

He is fixing a mess made by a bunch of arrogant, self righteous men.

here's the endless cycle of american politics: republicans come in and f**k up some poor country through their aggressive foreign policy, and democrats have to clean up the nasty mess. tis the was it's always been, it's never gonna change.

As much as 'fixing' the mess that was left by Bush and his people must be an extremely overwhelming task, Obama so far hasn't made any real effort to fix anything. In fact, it's looking more and more like he's just picking up where Bush left off. I'll set the war policies aside for the time being, and focus more on the financial situation the U.S. is in. Obama's letting the banks do what they've always done, all the while handing them billions of dollars to spend as they see fit. (bonuses, yachts, vacations, etc.) He's fully aware that these thing are going on, and isn't doing anything to change it. Having a press conference every couple of weeks doesn't put money back in people's pockets, or give them their jobs back.

The same goes for the insurance companies running the healthcare industry. Obama has all this talk about healthcare reform, and a "public option", but at the same time he's reassuring the insurance companies that they won't have to give anything up in order to get any of that passed, and that's just flat out not possible. The reason the insurance companies are fighting heathcare reform to begin with, is because they know how many billions of dollars of potential profit they'll be losing every year. That's why it's getting harder and harder to believe that Obama is representing the people, and not 'Big Business' like Bush and so many presidents before him.

Now that's not bad, in one page, it went from a bit of a laugh about an over the top app, to a full on flame war about American Policies. That's damn quick. Now I would say it's lockable for Off Topic.

How gullible could you be huh? No wonder, it is people like you who keep perpetuating bitter lies and feeding the oblivious nonsense that they are using against the president.

Obama is fighting for the insurance companies? yeah sure buddy, i hear you.
Last i checked, Obama is fighting for Universal Healthcare, something every civilised nation is practising but NO, how dare he. He is even been called a socialist for standing up for the people.

Quit the lies buddy, you ain't fooling no one anymore. People are aware of all that is going on, it is just that the silent majority is actually silent and observing and allowing the rabid far right to keep poppin off and calling childish names knowing that their vote will speak not childish threats and lackluster tea whatever.

Did Obama's policies make the people lose their jobs? did obama bankrupt America with two wars? answer me there buddy.

Yes he has been elected to fix the mess the Republicans made but deny all you want, the man in the eyes of billions all over the world, has actually achieved more than the former war mongers achieved in 8 years, hell they didn't even achieve jack.

Obama did not get you unemployed so if he doesn't get you a new job in 8 months, go and blame someone else not him. For God sake this guy is fighting a recession that was almost a depression and you expect him to lift you into prosperity in 8 months?

Why do you guys hate this man for no reason? what is his sin?
Even before he became a president, he was already being called names and demanded to be hanged.

It leaves me thinking if the main reason behind all this hatred is not bigotry.

Sorry to declare that to you buddy but America has changed and is changing rapidly, your type, that is filled with hate, is becoming a minority so you better advance with time and start seeing things from a different perspective or join the soon-to-be-extinct hate filled mob called republicans.

Am I perpetuating bitter lies, or ACTUALLY paying attention to what Obama is and is not doing? It's easy for you to call what I wrote nonsense, because you obviously aren't paying attention. I'm not sure if you bothered to read my previous post, but I voted for Obama and went into his first term with nothing but hope and optimism. I -- along with many people who felt the same way when he was elected -- have been, and am still, waiting to see him even begin to follow through with any of his long list of promises.

Talking about fighting for universal heathcare, and actually fighting for it are two different things, and so far, it's been nothing but talk. I'm aware that it's literally impossible to get heathcare reform passed in 8 months, but it is possible to get a start on it, and he hasn't even done that. As far as him fighting for the insurance companies, that's actually not what I said, but it's looking more and more like he's not fighting for the people.

I can't speak for anyone else, but it's pretty obvious that you have no idea what's really going on. If you were paying attention, you'd realize that more and more of the "silent majority" are speaking up and starting to ask questions. Especially since most of them are on the verge of losing their homes, and don't have the luxury of sitting around and waiting for Obama to take some action. Look around you. Unemployment is up, and growing significantly every month.

I never said Obama is to blame for any of the messes that Bush left behind, but now that he's in office it's up to him to do everything in his power to fix them, and talking about it isn't enough. And as far as him achieving anything thus far, i'd like you to give me even ONE example of that.

BTW, I am not currently unemployed, and if I was, I wouldn't expect one man to miraculously get me a job, but I would like to see that he was working towards a solution of some kind.

For you to think that HATE has anything to do with my opinions about Obama shows how truly ignorant you really are. I don't deny for one second that there are plenty of people in this country that are filled with nothing but hate and contempt for him, and many of those people are undoubtedly Republicans, but to say that I, or anyone else that voted for him hates him because we don't like what he is (or isn't) doing, is again, just childish ignorance.

Wake up man. This isn't about love or hate. It's about someone in a very important position of power keeping their word.
