Is this game going to be release on the 1st July? I have been reading around and a few sites say submitted on the 1st?
If it were submitted on the 1st there would still be up to a week's dealy (if not more) before Apple let's it out.
Looking at the world time its not midnight in New Zealand yet. If it does arrive, please post I got a new iphone 4 yesterday and I am dying to see this game on it.
From the video preview the graphics look like some of the best. Just worry about repetitive gameplay after getting bored from 2 minutes of footage.
Since the movie is being released here in the US on July 9th, are they shooting for a simultaneous release like they used to do with many console and PC games based on a movie?
After E3 where the game was demonstrated, IGN said the game was hitting the app store on the 1st July, I would say they are the most accurate out of most companies. I have sent a message to Chillingo to see if they can provide me with a release date, I will update here if I get a reply.
Hopefully it'll come out soonish, it looks awesome! Intresting how gameplay will be though, I really hope it won't be repetitive.

It's disappointing when you read around that it's coming out on the 1st July and when that date arrives there is no game
You guys have to remember that they are at the mercy of the Apple approval tyrants and that they may also be announcing a delay today due to the fact it hasn't appeared yet.
