Before and After for Independence Night I just found this thread for the first time and I'm loving it. Here is a before and after shot for my game, Independence Night. Before: After: In the before pic we're using the back of a zombie character to represent the player. The blood streaming down his head doesn't make you feel like you're really doing all that well at fighting off the aliens! I'd love to see more examples so keep them coming.
TiltStorm Here are the before and after shots for TiltStorm. Also bear in mind that in the before shot, the game was running at 20 FPS on an iPhone 3G, the after 60 FPS.

Awesome thread. I'm gonna call my post "before and during". It's due out soon, and cosmetically it's to the best of my ability, but I'd like to get an actual artist in some time to revamp it for an nice update. The "before" is the one on the left .

This is the very first piece of anything I did for Battleheart, before writing a line of code or a single word of a design document, sometime in the early party of 2010... And here's a surprisingly similar image from the final game... all it took was most of a year!
