We've reworked the skills screen (Filip has done some lovely graphics for it). The skill screen and the armoury screen are accessible in between adventures. All the gold that the player earns while adventuring can be spent on unlocking upgrades, skills and equipment. This allows the player to become stronger and to find more powerful and exciting loot with each successive adventure.
Same same! Dang drooling again lol. Hope the iPhone version gets released quickly if not at the same time as the iPad version. Or maybe a universal app?
How do we sign up for beta? Because if you need a beta tester, just message me and I would be glad to help.
Hey! Here is the map where you get to pick your next adventure. There are five main quests and a couple side ones (we are still deciding how many). The quests are designed to be replayed as they are partly randomly generated and each ends with a boss battle. Please excuse Ewan's corny text
niiice! do the character levels and equipment carry along or are you reset to level 1 everytime you start a new game?
The hero starts at level one at the beginning of each adventure, and all the heroes equipment is sold at the end of every adventure. But all the skills/perks that are purchased between levels carry over, and the player is able to unlock better equipment that will drop in dungeons. This is definitely the aspect of the game that will bother the most people: that the game's progression is more like Bug Heroes than it is like Dungeon Hunter. The positive aspect of it is that during each adventure the player will rapidly become more powerful, as apposed to very gradually becoming stronger like in Dungeon Hunter. By the end of every adventure each hero should be decimating swaths of monsters with a single attack, which is quite a nice feeling
Hey Devs! I simply wanted to say how inspiring your game, this thread and the overall style of your game has been for me. your artists are top notch! This will be a first day purchase definitely.
