I'm pretty sure Agnes Huff is the best teacher. She gets like 90 points every time you level her up, so by the time she's level 5 her stats are almost all maxed. Really cheap salary too, lol.
The game tracks you until april ofthe 11th year but you can keep playing. I have a teacher whos iccupation was 'babysitter' and whenever i leveled her up, ireceived 90 education points to use on her!

I think those are the only ones I got that were not the default 3. Most of the money in this game comes from tuition. The fields and the later animals give you extra money. But to balance all your expenses you need a really beefed up school with high tuitions and a lot of students. There is no rule saying that you have to have a teacher per classroom, I think. So for first year, few free to build as many classrooms as prompted so that you can keep getting students, and only hire teachers when you have enough surplus. Not having a teacher for a classroom only means (as far as I know) your students will miss out a class (equivalent to a random special class). Also, plan ahead before you hire a teacher, because firing one actually cost money. -_-" Choose your facilities wisely because EVERY one of them cost money. Only build what you feel you need. Choose your research wisely. Not all research are useful in this game, unlike Hot Spring Story. Much rather spend research points on students (especially when they have auras) than spending on facilities that you don't really know what it is good for. Since most facilities don't make money for you, I only research when I have a spot that I want to build in my mind. That's all I know about this game for now.
