It would be nice if everyone who is starting a thread in this forum to put the date in the title. Put the date of the game release or the date of the price change.

    Thanks.

It's helpful for when we are browsing the forum to see quickly when the post was created so i know when the game that they are announcing was released that i know if it was today or 2 months ago.

if it was released 2 months ago it will still be released now. So how does it matter

Easier to just click on the link and see for yourself than try to enforce something like this.

Sure, it seems silly for a thread called "Game_X on SALE now!" from a month ago to be bumped to the first page because someone actually searched (!!!) and posted a question or added a comment. But it doesn't take that much time or that many brain cells to just click on "last page" to see what's happening. We don't need all this handholding.

I think the most important part is to include at least 1 screenshots of any new games/upcoming games thread. Easier for us readers to take a quick look on the game.

If this happens, and a title actually has a sale date, price or info that ends up being wrong after changing or when the sale is over, just report a post on that thread requesting to have the title changed or PM me and I'll go change it. ;)

Because i and i'm sure many others quickly browse these forums looking for new games to buy.

No I see what the OP is saying. I wouldn't really care if the date was on threads about games being released, but it'd be nice to know the dates of threads being made about price drops, since they come and go.
