Lost progress Hi all, Has anyone else just lost all there progress in the game, I've got to level 20ish over the last few days and have just loaded the game again to collect some coins from one of my shops and the game has reset!! I've emailed the support address but wondered if anyone else has had this problem? Cheers, Richard.
Update - I was unable to find any customer/technical support for this issue. As a result, I uninstalled the game, and will not re-install. I am relieved I didn't buy any gems. Lesson Learned: Be wary if you buy gems with real money. If an update won't load on your device, you may not be able to access your account and have to start from scratch, or give up on it.
