I know, its so fustrating, its the only game I really want and it sucks to see no mention of it on wednesday when the nee games come out in NZ!!
You are probably right. Unfortunately we are all at a lost as too why it keeps being delayed. I could understand if there was some difficulties with how the game runs on ios but that can not possibly be an excuse seeing which the game has been on ios in Japan for over a year. Translation problems? Highly unlikely since its seen localization on DS already. I think I will try my luck and ask Capcom and see if I can get a somewhat better explanation from Sven. However more than likely my question will be ignored.

Hi all I do have a small update. I guess after I got a response from Sven about the status of the game some people got really upset wanting a better answer. Sven goes on to say "I'd hate to say it, this is the mobile team in Japan playing with dates for what they deem will work best in their market. Sadly, this is not an area we have had any degree of control." After digging a little deeper I found a QA that Sven gave a while ago that talked about what Capcom USA does and does not do. "We do not do localization of games from Japan. That function happens within our localization group in Japan." That being said it looks like it is all Japan's fault for the game not being available to us. That also explains why Capcom USA representatives always seemed clueless on the status of the game. I have a predictions granted it is just a predictions, Ace Attorney 5 is going to be released in Japan on July 25, 2013.(Thats a Fact) I believe since the next Ace Attorney game is coming in July it would reasonable to believe that July would be the prime time to as Sven said that we can expect to see Ace Attorney 123 HD on ios. Hope that helps to shed some light on what has been going on.
How many people waiting for the Phoenix Wright Trilogy had not already played through these games to death on their DSes? I really wish Capcom would release new Phoenix Wright games on the iPad, no more of those Edgeworth or Apollo Justice stuff, that is so Metal Gear Solid 2, expecting to play Phoenix but end up having to slog through as Edgy or Apollo...
I have already played Phoenix Wright series before so I dont mind waiting a little longer. A known release date is better than none. Beside, there are tons of iOS app in the store to keep you busy.
