Whoa, this is a great news! I bit the bullet and bought a second hand NDS because of the long wait and just finished the first one. Awesome stories, I wonder why I wait this long to play this..

Anyway, will buy the full version, hope the experience will be as great on iPhone :>

Great news, though I've heard some cons about the HD remaster like missing animations and such so I'll wait on impressions.

I'm curious if the original Phoenix Wright app will be updated, or if it'll remain separate.

It's an update to the existing app.

I'm not sure I'm reading this right. I was under the impression that this release would be a totally new app.

I already bought these three for the DS and played them several years back, and I'm very eager to give them the money again and replay them on my iPad.

The price is a bargain - it's cheaper than getting just one of them for the DS when they originally came out.

Interesting. Thanks for the heads up.

I can wait one more week then, and see how it all pans out. I'd wonder, since the original app was 4.99$, how the update to the existing app would work. Would they suddenly make it free? What about existing users? Would they have to buy the full 1st game again?

Not that I'm worried about it, since I didn't but it on iOS the first time around.

It's gonna be a great week then - super excited. *Even though*, playing through the 3 full games in sequence might be a bit too much - it should be something between 20/30 hours, if I recall correctly.

I found the "natural" breaks between the games' original release dates to be healthy in order not to get a PW overdose.

I am looking forward to playing a Terminator in Space Hulk, being a Rainbow Six in Breach and Clear, and of course Talisman (the full board game).

I hope they allow us to play the chapters in any order we want.
I finished the first 3 in the last game but my phone then had to be replaced. I couldn't then start from chapter 4, I had to start again from 1 and play through. Couldn't be bothered and deleted it.

Are there any chances that Ace Attorney and Miles Edgey jump onto iOS too?

I've completed these games in the past, still own the three original DS cartridges, and this is still my most anticipated release of the week, in a week where Warhammer Quest and Agricola are also coming out.

That should say something about this! (and also, it should say something about how expensive this week will be...)

    OBJECTION!

I confuse. What is this talk about existing und new app, IAP and update?

I own the first iOS PW: Ace Attorney app.
If I got you right - this is an update to the existing iOS app? And there are IAPs I have to pay for the new stuff? And in the first Ace Attorney, there are 5 episodes. There will be two free episodes and the rest gets locked? Or are these 5 episodes just one case and you get two of them? Or what?
It world be strange if I have to buy the first game / episodes again.
