He's clearly a troll and trying to piss everybody off. He simply goes around to threads and contributes posts that add nothing. If someone is asking a question about a game he'll just come and be like "Help you with this problem I cannot." All his posts are a waste of space, he clearly is just trying to annoy the hell out of the legitimate members here and is trying to have fun at the expense of others. He's more likely to be banned in a week than come around. I don't think he has made one post that has to do with iDevice gaming.
Dude. You need to realize that a lot of people do that. Hell I do that all the time when I'm bored. It's nothing new, you just notice it since it's written in a different style. Textist.
