No you can still use the App store and download apps. You can "un-jailbreak" by doing a restore, no problem, but you will lose your retinapad (jailbroken app) if you do a restore, you will need a jailbroken iPad to run retinapad. I felt the same way, I did my research and found that it was okay and I could return the iPad back to its original state. Just think about it, the app is $3, and HD apps are $5 - $10, if you have iphone apps and don't want to spend the extra dough, then it is worth it. Just food for thought.
can anyone help me? I installed retinapad, but it's still appearing in iphone size. it said "this is first time, close in switcherbar." Is switcherbar just the thing at the bottom after double-tapping home? and close by pressing minus button? i tried reinstalling, no luck... thanks
Go into settings and select RetinaPad from the sidebar then turn it on for each iPhone app installed and hit the 2x button in app. It only works with retina display apps and may not be immediately noticeable that it's installed and working at first glance.
