My only concern is whether or not if the game will have a lot of content, good controls, etc. Not shallow like their craptastic Red Alert. I rather wait for them to make a quality game (like NFS:S, Rockband, etc).
I have lost interest too. This game looked good to go in my opinion. Touch Arcade did their hands-on: It was on it's way to the store and then the rug pulled. Early 2010 - I am 33 years old and I have lived through every release and this language is very clear to me: First quarter of 2010 is January 1st - March 31st. By the time we get to the end of March, EA can then announce "Great news, we have pinned down an ACTUAL release date for Mirrors Edge! The game is 98% finished and it will hit the app store May 15th! We are excited that the wait is short and it's finally going to be in your hands very soon!" I have seen so many games promised in a certain quarter,only then to release outside of that quarter by another chunk of time. I have lost interest. There are so many great games coming out right now.
I'm tired of waiting too, but I bet most of the people who have "lost interest" will get it back when this finally comes out.
I've lost interest too... It'll probaby launch at iPad launch and have an accompanied version on that. That's the reason for the delay. Hmm...
Well, I haven't lost interest! I loved the console version, and will be getting this. Then again, once Street Fighter IV comes out, I'll probably lose interest in this and most of my other games.... ^_^
I most definitely have not lost interest. I stuck to waiting for FreeRunning on PSP, and it never coming... I can hold on to this for a couple months, if need be
Every other game I ever wanted that was delayed for x amount of time like this one ended up sucking, I am 38 years old so that is alot of video games. It could be the ipad holding it back until its release. I'm hoping that's the case because if it's not then the game is probably still being ruined by ea.
Not so. Most of the EA Mobile games get delayed, NFS Undercover and Shift especially, and look at how brilliantly they turned out. The longer it takes, the more work they put into it, the better it will be.
Hopefully the time delayed is for the last spit and polish. I think this game will show ea's strategy with the idevices. depth or no depth.

Ehmmm when it is going to be released?) from the video of this game right now i can say that canabalt is actually much better game) but eager to try this one too..
canabalt is not even close to this game.That's just a half baked game with no missions....all you do is keep running and jumping.....this just blows canabalt outta water.
