I just hate this one misstep. EA has come so far since they were the "annoying game superpower" back in the day. Now Activision Blizzard has taken their place. Actually, maybe moreso Activision. EA is a great company. I used to despise them, but a few years ago, they changed for the better. Activision, however..... oh boy. Don't get me started
I can't believe people still post in this thread. For god sakes, please post something relevant or an update instead of, "I hate EA", or "when is this coming out?", or "I am no longer interested in this game." I keep checking it like a brain-dead moron thinking there is something real posted and it's nonsense. People, move on. If someone has news, it'll be posted. We are all still waiting for this game to come out. At least post some discussion on what features they think it might have or something constructive... please. Also, please take this advice and apply it on all forums and comment threads.
All right, touchchamp. Here's one feature I hope it has: iPod Music Playback. And in this day and age of Retina Displays and iOS4 Multitasking, I think it would be very courteous of EA to throw these in as well. In addition to these, I hope EA makes it worth the wait by throwing in achievements or awards of some sort. Extend the replay value a fair amount by adding something to attain or strive for. That would be cool I'm not holding out for any of these features. But I've been a believer that this game is real and coming out eventually, so you know what? I'll hope for these still. I won't be optimistic about their addition, but I will certainly hope for them
I'd really like achievements too. I LOVE achievements. When you have a game that has limited replay value (after I finish all the levels, I have no interest in playing a canabalt survival mode - it's pointless unless there are leaderboards and even then, some kid with nothing but time on his hands will rack up some insane score that would take hours I don't have to invest to beat), achievements can fix that and not just score achievements, but different move achievements.
I'm hoping Gsmokey was right and Mirror's Edge comes out today or tomorrow. (Btw, Gsmokey predicted that SimCity Deluxe or Mirror's Edge would come out last Tuesday, and the other this week. SimCity Deluxe came out Wednesday, July 28th) I'm thinking that there might be a shred of truth to what Gsmokey said after all...
True but if Mirror's Edge was to come out Wednesday of this week then it should already be on the NZ App Store which I'm guessing it isn't otherwise there would already be a thread about it.
Possible, but I've noticed that not all apps get released in NZ first... Sometimes they're released worldwide all at the same time. So there's still an ounce of hope! (Or 28.35 grams to the rest of the world. )
Count on it not to happen. Sorry if I'm being pecimistic, but I don't think it'll come out tomorrow . Wish it would though, so I'm with you hoping....but chances are low....
Listen guys I know gsmokey personally and follow him on many sites cause he knows alot of info and doesn't lie or play games with people ,but he was banned for a week for giving to much info im just glad that he will be back on T.A today ,this is the same guy that said gameloft was making spiderman 6months ago,he also tried to tell people about E.A making mma and medal of honor since feb but people didn't believe but now they see it's true, and just like he said last week that simcity would come and if mirrors edge didn't come this week it wouldn't come for a while because of ea game schedule
Hey guys im back to let u know if mirrors edge does not release Tuesday aug3rd or Wednesday4th do not expect it to come until October ,as I said before the decision was made lastweek to release simcity deluxe and mirrors edge within the next two weeks ,but I also said m/e was going through serious debate because of reasons I cannot say ,so to keep it simple for everyone to understand if it does not come aug3rd,or 4th it will not release for now ,and if u check EA.com iphone games u will realize mirrors edge has been taken off the upcoming games list but is visible as a iPhone game with no price. (if released it will be universal so dont go by N.Z time)
When you click on it, it still says spring. Were in summer if Im correct. I just really hope your right. If this game is really released tomorrow then you know you will be the one people will be coming to for answers on releases. And my first question would be when is reckless racing coming out
