You should see in the installed IPA directory created a folder whit mirrosedge.app.
Ok ,Now you should open in the folder the info.plist, and probe to change in <integer>1</integer> the number 1 to 2 or backwards

    Comic Relief for Iphone/touch users...

[Metaphorical Story to illustrate what happened with Mirrors Edge]

It's existence is like a mirage in the desert,

You can see it's enticing beauty and it seems so reachable and realistic. You hold fast hope and blindly walks towards it, yet everytime you seem to almost reach it, it appears to be pushed back, and back...

Finally you reach the end of the desert at an abrupt cliff and you see the object that captivated your desire in all its glory. Yet you are in grief now because you see your desire corporeally manifest not on your side of land, rather, it exists across the ocean on another foreign Continent, and you are segregated from it by an impassable rift.

All your illusions of attaining it is now gone as you feel deceived by the seductive but ill-formed promise of the object.

    (did you get the allusions?)

The game looked good but it didn't look like it played good to me, I was really exited about this game at the start but my excitement quickly left after I saw the gameplay video.
Maybe they are changing the game to try and make it fun

Yes, yes.. Very tragic. Great satire. Hilarious.
    *
Here's another metaphorical story for comic relief:
    *
A bunch of kids are being driven to Disneyland. After a short time, they begin to ask, "Are we there yet?" And thereafter, they continue to ask the same question - "Are we there yet?" - every ten freaking minutes.
And while continuing this whining, they begin to question why they can't just get out of the car right now. Of course that would be no fun, since they aren't there yet. Nonetheless, they want to be there NOW. And so they turn against the driver, asking, "WHY aren't we there yet?!" And they insist that they will never go anywhere with this terrible driver again. The driver probably isn't even taking them ANYWHERE! And if he is, then, "WHY aren't we THERE yet?!" And while thinking of ways to PUNISH the driver for not being there yet, they also decide that Disneyland is going to suck. And even if it doesn't, they're going to tell everybody that it does. Because that's what it deserves for making them wait. I mean, why did the driver even mention Disneyland at all if all they were going to get was a stupid car ride? But they are obsessed with Disneyland, and all they can do is to keep asking, bitterly, "Are we there YET?"
But you know what?.. They just ain't there. So the crying continues.
    *
    (Did you follow the metaphors?)

Man, this thread has become ridiculous...
You guys need to go outside and play or something.
    You are obsessed.

Actually for your methaphor to work, the car has to be in the parking lot at Disney already, and the driver has to be refusing to let the kids out without giving them a reason why or telling them when he will.

Ya, some of the comments in this thread are a little over the top, but the game is done. TA and several other sites said the game was basically done last November before the iPad version was even announced, and the iPad version has been out for a month and a half now.

It isn't a situation where the car isn't at Disney yet -- the car's been at Disney for days, but the driver is keeping the doors locked for some inexplicable monetary reason.

EA doesn't care about its customers obviously!

If the people in this thread are pretty much fed up with EA and its BS, why bother buying products from them? And to those who thought mirror's edge was a really good game, it actually wasn't amazing IMO. Big efing deal, even an amateur can make a better game and still get awarded game of the month

You know what. The game doesn't even look that great, looks really repetetive. And I'm guessing that EA is gonna charge 7.99+ for it. So they screwed themselves over and should of released it so long ago....AS PROMISED!

It is repetitive and extremely simplified(though most iGamers are used to this), and no, it isn't worth the pain you guys are going through. Though I will disagree on the visuals...those look great on the iPad heheh. Still, it's not worth all of this, and there's no way it's going to be less than 9.99. In fact, if I was the douchebag head of EA, I'd put iPhone exclusive modes or stages into this version to make it look like it rewards iPhone users for waiting, when in reality it's an attempt to hook in more cash from suckers who own both platforms and are willing to double dip. Then I would charge at least 11.99 or 12.99 for the app. And guess what? It would all work. Yep.

In my opinion they gotta do more then that. We've been waiting for 5 months, with three release dates and promised, and broken. And now they aren't saying anything, while releasing other games. It's all bull, and just for money!

If the Left 4 Dead 2 and Modern Warfare 2 boycotts showed me something...it's that the complainers will still buy it once its available, regardless of how upset they originally were. That said, this was the first app I purchased for my iPad, nearly shitting my pants in glee. I got like five levels in and don't even care to touch it again.

Hahaha well I certainly wouldn't say it's flat out crap. It was charming and interesting at first, and it came in with that nice hype of being my first iPad app, but the general hype died down shortly after. For what it is, it's definitely a decent game. While I really enjoyed the console version, this just couldn't hold my interests. For 10 bucks, you'll likely get what you expect and won't be disappointed. I would even say it's one of the better apps one could purchase, given most are based on simplistic design, but you can only take such a simple gameplay mechanic so far. Honestly though, I was playing too much left 4 dead at that time and most any other game wasn't holding my interest regardless of quality.

Dudes, Don't you think this games is OVER?

This Game ( awesome ) is neeeeever gonna be released....
or in 12-14 months...? Maybe...! That's BS!!! YOU SCREWED US ALL EA!!!
And on their Twitter...they don't even talk about it!! SCREW YOU EA!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

  19. Yeah, seriously. I don't think they are ever gonna release an iPhone version because, unless they're adding online multiplayer, it should be out by now, considering a final version was available in January!

My only hope is that they are keeping it on hold 'till the iPad version is playable worldwide
