How? That the iPhone is not a viable platform for development, and they should focus on other platforms?

May I mention another game - on a different platform - that was feature-complete months ago and is still delayed? Gran Turismo 5. Delays like this happen.

I wonder why a site like TA doesn't try to figure out what's up with this game and write an article about it. They've said they were very impressed by it when they saw it way back in November and when the iPad version showed up they said they'd been surprised that the iPhone version had disapeared for so long, so now that another month has gone by, I wonder why they don't try to use some of their contacts to figure out what's up and when (if ever) this finished game is going to be released. It's an article I'd read.

 

GT5 is a horrible example. That game has been delayed for years now.

 

GT5 is delayed because it's not finished yet.This one's delayed because of boneheads at EA choosing to hold back!!

I've just shaved, I and going to predict that by the time this comes out, my beard will have grown down to my knees. You heard it here first people!

Another tweet by EA stating that the development team wants to make sure we have the best experience possible. I don't think it takes 5 months after finishing the game (in January) to make it better. Sigh....they think were idiots.

 

Once the Ipad is released in the UK, this game will then be available on the iphone after a short period of time. That is my opinion.

 

I've wondered the same thing about a lot of the games we're always speculating about like Splinter Cell and Zombie Infection. With 500 or so posts speculating about when each game is coming out I would think that TA would report about it.

Ya, I've been thinking the same thing. When the UK iPad release was delayed I thought the iPhone release of Mirrors Edge might be as well.

 

It's taking so long for this game to come out I barely care anymore.

I barely care about TA but I am on here almost daily....wait...

I'm still looking forward to its release, but not nearly as much as I used to.

 

Well I picked up the iPad version, it's totally awesome.

 

Yeah but some of us don't have, or don't want to get, an ipad lol. I'm not spending 500$ for a big iPod touch, when I have an iPhone already. It just pisses me off how they release the ipad version first, after promising the iPhone one
