Wanted to keep my list at 5, heheh xD. But yeah, that'd be number 6. I don't think it quite measures up to World of Goo as a physics puzzler though. Just don't find any of the other games on the list appealing at all.
Everything Backtothis said and I would get Feed Me Oil and Mighty Fin. Everything else is not that great
I'll keep that in mind. So no one for Meganoid or Mighty Fin? Thought someone would be recommending them for sure.
Is Tiny Wings worth getting if i'm going to be playing it on my iPad2? How does it look stretched? Or are there any other alternatives out there with Universal Support or which are native to the iPad?
I would say wait for Tiny Towers by the same developers because I have not seen a app that can be succesfully compared to Pocket Frogs. On a side note is Air Tycoon 2 worth the 2.99??
Thank you for the answer. I was looking around and could not find anything either. I guess I will wait for Tiny Towers and try it out.
Regarding Air Tycoon 2, there's a lite version to try. I don't own it but it's been on my wish list for a while. If you're on the fence and need a push to take the plunge consider yourself pushed. From the looks of it there's no more detailed business sim on App Store. Thirty-two pages deep thread on Touch Arcade seems buzzing with positives. Get it then let us know what you think.
Kinda a noob to the genre... I never really played any point and click games in my almost 40 years of existence; so not to be overwhelmed, what's in the forum's opinion the top 5 or 10 ones to get(would prefer the cheaper ones first)? I'm picking up Puzzle Agent & The Secret of Grisly Manor. Thanks ahead of time!
My top 5: 1. Puzzle Agent (definitely grab it while it's on sale) 2. Monkey Island 1 (was a good introduction to the genre for me) 3. Monkey Island 2 (still makes me laugh; I'm on my third playthrough) 4. Sword and Sworcery (first two sessions were awesome, I just can't get past a puzzle at the beginning of the third) 5. Phoenix Wright (I never made it through the third chapter [of five], but the first two were relatively entertaining; may be more enjoyable for others)
Okay, I just bought a $20 card... What should I get? Hmmm, I was thinking Backbreaker 2, and/or battlefield 2. Any good iPad games?
I find backbreaker boring. I never got the second, but that was because I hated the first. and DONT GET BATTLEFIELD. if you want a good FPS, look at modern combat 2, NOVA2, or Rainbow 6. Even the first modern combat and the first nova are better than battlefield.
Ok, thanks. I have nova 2, but I deleted it because it was over 1gb, and I am NOT going to get rid of HIMYM. I had Backbreaker 2 on my iPod 2nd gen. Is dream:scape any good? Because I'm hearing a LOT of people saying it is very good.
