Ok, so I know this is a very old topic but I am looking at getting either Zenonia 3 or Inotia 3 (looking for a fun top down RPG with lots of customization in gear and a good menu system). I was going to go for Zenonia 3 but I am really being scared off by the horror stories of IAPs. I hear that even just to identify drops you need to pay extra? Could someone advise me? Thanks
No, it's perfectly fine without buying iAP..best KRPG on the iOS. Inotia 3 is a great game as well but falls short in many categories in comparison to Z3.
Thanks for the response, I will give it a shot. It looks like a lot of fun! EDIT: Wow, it is such a small file!
Yep, Gamevil have always been the best at making mobile RPGs for all types of phones, meaning they know how to compress file sizes. Doesn't mean the game is lacking nice graphics or good gameplay in any way.
Metalstorm: Online is out, it's $0.99 and universal: http://appshopper.com/games/metalstorm-online TA Thread: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=93794&highlight=Metalstorm%3A+Online
Thanks for the heads up. Getting it now. The iAP doesn't look too good..a $49.99 package? Beginning to look like another F.A.S.T. relapse, but we'll see I guess.
Pro-Tip For those that think it's a slow release night, definitely check out Royal Envoy HD. It's best-in-breed and I doubt if anyone can finish 80 levels in a night,
Gotta say, tonight's releases were actually pretty good. Army of Darkness Defense and Catch the Candy are both excellent games, especially Catch the Candy. Very innovative and fun with creative as hell levels. You'll be seeing it high on the charts in a few days. Check it out. Spoing is also a pretty decent game if you're interested in the genre. $3 very well spent on these three. MetalStorm is a decent dogfighter, but the iAP system kills it for me. Maybe it'll pick up once more players are online though. We'll see. Can't wait until the end of May. Word is that there'll be a ton of quality releases before the summer vacation is here.
*BRAID* Buy it right now if you have Wifi and your computer Plants vs. Zombies Much more content than the iPod version, absolutely worth it Angry Birds Great in HD Osmos Great in HD with some new content Pro Zombie Soccer Great looking with more zombies on-screen than the standard iPod version The Incident Great value, now on a platform with buttons Those are my favorites! Enjoy!
Just get minecraft I would not however recommend gaming , like hardcore gaming , on macs because they tend to produce a lot of heat when gaming .
Okay. So do you guys have suggestions for puzzle-ish games that have variation like world of goo. The closes thing I have seen is catch the candy that released today which I have wish listed. This is not close to the scale of world of goo, but it still seems to have enough variation to set it apart from the average puzzler.
hey everyone, are there any games similar to: -Mission Europa -Dungeon Hunter 2 -Plants Vz Zombies -Rat on a Skateboard? Thanks
iBlast Moki The Package iDrop Dead: Flower Edition And I can't get past a puzzle thread discussion w/out recommending Puzzle Maniak (if you're into logic puzzles...) -Mission Europa Necromancer Rising (same engine/assets!) The Infinity Project -Rat on a Skateboard? Rat on a Scooter XL (and bonus stages of Rat on the Run)
Legendary Wars might be interesting for you. The iPhone version was free yesterday and the iPad one on sale. May still be the case, haven't checked today.
