Axe in Face is probably one of the most over rated games in the app store. That game really sux. Put me to sleep. Then i woke up and slit my wrists. That how bad it was. lol
It got most of those high ratings during the extensive period of time when it was free. People who usually only indulge in free games would have found quality in this. If you're a heavy buyer from the AppStore though, no. In any case, Penguin seems to be having just as much success as TW, although PA is made by a very respected and experienced company. It's currently number 2.
Just because you like it and we don't doesn't mean we have poor taste. Your logic is horrible. I can easily just turn it around and say we don't like it, and because you like it, you have poor taste.
lol, I didnt get the game when it was free, If that was what you where trying to say. Plus i think it has a high level of re-playability and fun. If you guys dont like it,its up to you but in mine and many many other peoples opinions its great.
No, I'm saying that's why the game is rated what it is by 'The Critics.' The 4-5 range sure isn't what I remember from TA's review.

Get the $3 World of Goo, unless you have an iPad. It's the best iOS game I've played in a long time, it deserves to be #1. As I said before, consider the games listed in my signature. At least try the lite versions.
Do you have Battleheart? If you do, then you don't really need LW. Phoenix and Lightning Fighter: they're the best bullet hells for a dollar each. Depending on if you want a survival based one or a level based one, respectively, get one. I think you'll enjoy the visuals as well since they don't contain the type of art you don't like, like the kind in the CAVE shooters. They may not be as intense as the CAVE ones, but they're just as well made.
Got Battleheart. Also snatched a code for LW earlier, so got that too. :[] Alright, might pick up both then.. Do you want to try to convince me to pick up Bug Panic? Still couldn't get to even trying the lite. >.<
Hah, I know I've only got a day left, but what makes it that great? What makes it any better than awesome games like Bug Heroes or Max Adventure?
well.... multiplayer, it's a bullet hell dual stick so it's fresh, shooting is different than endless bullets like some dual sticks have, and well.... it's hard for me to explain. put it like this. It went to my top games folder after playing once (it doesn't have games w/sequels or gameloft/EA games in it, but can have any other type of game). I <3 it.
