sword and poker: have it, love it, on floor 20 i think bombardiers guild: have it, kinda liked it. but too much guess and check for me. and got un-fun quickly hook champ: never heard of it. oh wait! it has a lite! i will look into that air-strike def: front page of tA? looks decent, i will wait for more impressions. looks like ibomber, which was ok.
Uhh..Cogs? Compression? Doodle Bomb? Tetryon? Hellkid [kinda combines Canabalt + Hook Champ] Parachute Ninja [its alright, not one of those I'm crazy about but its still pretty good] Vanquish: The Oath of Brothers?
cogs: have tilestorm. not interested in another sliding block puzzle. nor do i agree with the outrageous pricing compression:the lite bored me doodle bomb: have it. loved it. treyton: tried the lite. im not into match 3, but my mom loves it hellkid: is that a score based game? if it is then no, i like the satisfaction of completing something. if it isnt, i would be interested parachute ninja: have it. love it. in my top 5 of all time! vanquish whatever: no clue wth that is?!?!?
Uhh, HellKid is mostly score-based I think, I just got it last night. There's achievements [though it uses a new online community I've never heard of, and the dev said OF integration is unlikely, so I'm not pleased about that] Vanquish is..Unique, its pretty good. Do you have Fieldrunners/Beat It!/2012 ZvsA/geoSpark/Skee-Ball/Depict/Minisquadron/Arachnadoodle/Samurai:WOTW/Doodle Army? Lol just about all I can think of..
hmmm... vanquish, is that castle defense? meh. idk. i will look for a vid. fieldrunners, beat it, arachanadoodle, miniquadron have those rest, i have seen, no interest. thanks for trying. like i said before, like on some other thread, im pretty good at keeping up with all the games. to tell you the truth, i dont think anyone has ever recommended something to me that i didnt already have or looked into. the only time someone has suggested a game that i ended up purchasing was when i had already suggested it and he/she was just telling me if it was good or not. im a tough cookie, i guess.
The great starmonkey did not know about a game? What game was it? Oh and, if you don't have it yet, I think you should like this game: http://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/little-guy-games-inc/id344610801
alrighty, i accidently clicked inotia 2 before i redeem my itune gift card and i bought assassin creed 2. now i have 8 bucks. what should i buy? i have all the good apps. im thinking about buying any of the following: Battle blaster (starmonkey101, you help me out) plants vs zombie (when it comes out) pigs vs wolves (if i cant wait till the 15th or this is better. most likely better) 1000, find them all (looks okay) enviro bear 2010(...) labyrinth 2 (... i dont use wifi so im thinking) broken sword (it looks old game and i dunno if i should get this) backbreaker football (people says that this is good) heavy mach 2( on sale) battle for wesnoth (300 HOURS!!!) brothers in arm 2 ( waiting but cant wait longer.... looks sexy) fastlane (just like the ending where it shows u drive the map) hybrid:eternal whisper (rpg) wolfenstein rpg (sniper rifle looks pownage) please help me by telling me if any of these apps are good.
Just because it's old doesn't mean it's crappy or outdated. It feels just like a new game to me. If you couldn't tell, this is one of the best games I've ever played on my iPod. And, in fact, I enjoy most of the older games more than the new ones. That's back when they didn't rely on flashy graphics or effects, and focused more on awesome gameplay and story, 2 things this game definetly has. Even by todays standards it's a fantastic game. If you're any bit into adventure games, go buy it. If you can, spend an extra 2 bucks and get either Hybrid or Battle Blasters. If you read the last few pages or so, you'll see why we like the latter so much. Othersie, if you have to settle for a buck, Ghosts 'N Goblins, Time Crisis Strike (it's worth a buck), Doodle Army, or iZombieland. I wrote a review on the last one, and I really, really enjoy that game. of the $1 choices, I recommend Zombieland the most, as I'm sure you probably have Doodle Army.
Time Crisis Strike, iZombieland, Ghosts 'n Goblins, Doodle Army. Those are the best games you can get for a buck right now, and Time Crisis is on sale. It's really short, but hard, so you'll be playing it for a while as it has that "Gotta beat this guy!" kinda addiction. Well, for me at least.
ok. if you are even considering battle blasters, i recommend you just pick it up. you can read any of the reviews or watch any of the movies in my sig, but you will only really want to get the game once you have it. it doesnt make sense, but lets just say that the vids and reviews do NOTHING to help this game. you just have to buy it. i have gotten nothing but good things back from people who i have convince to buy it and i have never heard a single bad remark bout it from anyone (besides "WE NEED ONLINE MULTIPLAYER", which will most likely arrive if sales are good) so go ahead and get it, it will not disappoint.
its 3 dollars. well worth the money. i have not played ANY of the other ones on the list. the only other one i can recommend regardless is broken sword.
