80 levels currently, which is definitely more than enough since beating each level isn't all there is to it. Collecting the 3 coins in each level will definitely provide a challenge. There's already a fifth world saying more levels to come anyways, and considering it's success, they're sure to come soon. ---------- By the way, is Rainbow Six all I have to look forward to tonight? I know I'm being greedy since I just got ME last night, but will we have to wait until next week to see the other amazing March releases? xD
superbrothers: sword & sorcery EP is supposed to come out tonight I think. If it's anything to look forward too I don't know but it's defiently worth a look
Not yet... IPad release eta is 20 / 21st march, with iPhone release to follow, perhaps a month later. That's the understanding from the S&S threads, based on their latest "audience calibration" trailer.
Today is Galcon worth the time or has it been eclipsed by other real time strategy games? Is the online multiplayer still robust or is that a desert? Thanks in advance!
If I said Doctor Who: Mazes of Time (at $0.99 sale) looks cool even as a non-fan of the show; would you call me blind? Anyone with first hand experience? Thanks in advance!
I see I have a problem here.. I got 3 games, all of them huge, haven't played them yet just downloaded and was going to play them but never did. anyway the games are Let's Golf 2, NOVA 2 and Worms 2 Armageddon. Only space left for one, which one should I pick? Thanks in advance
I got Galcon for the iPad ages ago, but I couldn't get close to matching the AI player and lost interest. I haven't played it since shortly after buying it.
Should I get Mission Europa? I was excited about it, then I played Necromancer Rising and hated the controls.
Mission Europa has the usual FPS controls (swipe to look and all that good stuff) as opposed to Necromancer Rising's dual d-pad controls. The controls are a lot better for the most part.
I recommend Mission Europa and Haruchi is spot-on about the improved controls. I understood the developer warned that Necromancer Rising is not representative of Mission Europa so hesitated to link them too closely. Mission Europa is a lot smoother than Necromancer Rising with more ergomonic button placement. If you're familar with iOS first person shooters than control mechanics in Mission Europa are par for the course (control is more like N.O.V.A. than Necromancer); but Mission Europa is a lot more comprehensive and detailed than the average FPS. If you're not familar with FPS control mechanics on iOS HacX is a quality free FPS to sample. Also, Mission Europa has a developing multiplayer community.
