But I don't understand why I should pay $1 to support Capcom if they have made a game I have already played elsewhere and did not enjoy. That $1 could go to indie developers that really need it!
Yep I like it. It's surprisingly good. And both those games are worth way more than .99 cents. I hope you enjoy them because they are two of my favorites right now, especially dundef and Im not even a huge rpg guy either.

It's like you want to stop yourself from experiencing the best that there is... Which is exactly what you're doing by not picking up Phoenix Wright. Especially for a buck. Hell, even Balu' enjoyed the game! Btw, while I'm here, are Battleheart and Xenome worth the money? Xenome is on sale for a buck right now... Battleheart isn't. And TiltMyTouch... If you really want to support an indie developer over getting the best iOS game EVER, then go for Karoshi... It's a great pick, but I'll still be extremely disappointed.
Xenome sucks eggs even if it became free. On the other hand, like the front page review put it, Battleheart is perfection.

Kind of, it's more of a cross between a platformer and a puzzle game, leaning more on puzzle aspects. Don't know about the iPod version, but the flash games were legendary.
