You should most definitely get the S&P series! I doubt they will go on sale since the devs had said before they have no plans to do so.
Grab the second one since it probably won't go on sale. Dungeon Raid is hardly similar at all actually. The front page gives you a good idea about the gameplay of the S&P series, but in DR you match 'shapes' to try and stay alive as long as possible. The RPG elements come with getting new skills and upgraded equipment as you match certain 'shapes.' I never got into DR and couldn't figure out how it got so much love (don't flame me, just my opinion), but I thought the S&P was a brilliant combination of genres. Being a poker fan and a huge RPG fan, S&P was definitely an entertaining game to play through.
Well Capcom having there own big sale!!! I dont even own one of there games is there any i should grab while on sale now. P.s i got a 3rd gen touch i only want games that run good on it
Never thought I'd write this, but get PW! It's amazing if you can ignore the totally crappy graphics.
Hi5 man. But um, more like grab everything Capcom has on sale..they're all amazing deals for 0.99. At least, get pw, sf4, and dmc4.
Ok here's what I'm thinking about getting from the latest sales: Dead Rising Star Battalion Mirror's Edge NFS: Undercover Reckless Racing Tetris Zombie Infection Street Fighter IV Lord of the Rings: Middle Earth Defence Anything I should add or remove? Opinions? Please? PLEASE?
shift is good but personally i like hot pursuit better as it is more of a pick up and play game to me. Why not get both?
I believe that it's the best-selling handheld game of all time, and there must be a good reason. So of course it's a great game. The originaI still holds up well, despite hundreds of copycats and variations. I would say it's worth it. The controls are kind of iffy with the touch-based interface, but you can adjust to it after awhile.
I thought there was no 'original' in the released version. The reviews all say there is no endless modes and they all suddenly end?
Take out Dead Rising. Everything else is good. Do you have Phoenix Wright? If you don't, then definitely get it. All the gameloft games are great if you're missing any of the ones on sale. Didn't you already ask that? I told you it's trash just like Skater Nation in comparison to Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2.
Dead Rising is not awesome but for $0.99 it's worth a roll. Basically you roam through a mall punching zombies. It's not earth shattering but if you want a mindless combat game with a casual vibe it's worthy. I impulse bought at $1.99 and enjoyed playing it last night. The controls have been improved since initial release. It should have been better but is not bad.
Any idea how much gameplay you get out of Devil May Cry in terms of hours? It's the one Capcom game on sale I'm interested in. I guess I'm not sure if it's worth it picking up or not.
