I've decided that I'm holding out on Battleheart right now because EA is having a sale. I'm buying Monopoly, is Battlefield BC2 any good? Does it hae a campaign mode? Custom controls/good controls?
Battleheart is better than most of what EA has to offer (although Red Alert and Mortal Kombat aren't shabby).
That's the obvious choice. Obviously the argument can be made that Battleheart is a much better game than anything EA has to offer, but EA games won't be available for a .99 purchase forever, while Battleheart isn't going to be having a price drop/increase for the forseeable future, so it's a no-brainer to get the games on a decreased price while you can.
Personally I already believe that FPS are butchered with the small, clustered screen of an iDevice, but if you want BC2, .99 is good enough for its content. However, MC2 and NOVA2 both provide a much better multiplayer experience while being better polished in general. If we're being really stingy, I'd rather save the .99 for GL's inevitable .99 sale of MC2 or NOVA2, but if you've got a spare buck to spend, why not?
Any EA games i should get while there on sale? I have monopoly, scrabble and NFS: Hot Pursuit but don't want any more board/party games. Or any other good deals for .99 cents?
I still have a few dollars more. I'm thinking Sword & Poker 1, Sword & Poker 2, or Battleheart. Which two out of those? Most likely Battleheart will be said, but which of the Sword & Pokers?
Of course Battleheart first. The first and second s&p are generally the same, but you can try both lites and decide yourself heheh.
Hey could someone please reccomend to me some must haves from the recent EA Sale? I'm thinking about Skate it. Any good?
Asking for I think 5th time without ANY answers, still.. Any SIM game as good as Game Dev Story? Also, what on sale stuff to pick up?
Heroes lore 3 can't even scratch wild frontier as a KRPG. Also, skate it doesn't compare to Tony hawk PS 2. Shadow guardian is a must have for 0.99, yes. The EA games that are good include madden 2011, nfs: hp, red alert, umk 3, and reckless racing. Best gameloft games on sale: shadow guardian, zombie infection, star battalion, prince of Persia, and let's golf 2.
By the way, is it worth it keeping GT Racing when I have RR2 on my iPod. I definitely need the space. I haven't spent much time with GT racing, but it seems like a pretty complete experience. Worth keeping, or just stick to RR2? LOL why did I even ask. Just played a race in GT racing, and it's complete shit. Just cleared over 1 GB :].
Gotta love how everyone ignores the SIM part. :> But thanks Backtothis for the on-sale suggestions. :]
