It involves a deck of cards that you choose before a battle and it's starcraft-like. Any idea what that game is?

 

I'm thinking of getting Frogatto. First off, how long does it last. Second, is it overrated? Third, Should I get it?

 

alright i got 15$ itunes, i like rpg, shooters, and strategy games, i got all of those apps that came in december, so what should i buy, or should i just wait until better games come out.. i got an ipod touch 4th gen so im pretty sure any game will work on my itouch.

 

It definitely seems to be an underrated fan favorite for people who like those kinds of games.

Also, should I get across age or the DX version?

 

If you have a retina display device, DX is worth it for the higher resolution, IMO.

 

Spirit or geometry wars. More modes in GW sounds temting but the gameplay of spirit looks cool.

 

I say Spirit, though I'm not crazy about dual stick shooters.

 

Spirit. I have both but I play Spirit a way lot more.

 

Let's see. You can pick a totally unique game or one of countless DSS's in the App Store (and no where near the best one, at that).

Spirit is a no-brainer.

 

I THINK there are lite versions of each for your to download and compare. I ended up going with DX even though I have a 3G because of the improved battle system. However the plain vanilla one has a smaller file size. The DX allows active buttom pushing to attack while in the original you just seem to bump into enemies to squash them (which to me is ackward).
