You've talked about Battle Blasters so much that I decided to break down and buy it just to prove how bad it is ; )
YAY! you are gonna love it! and wish you had bought it sooner. please, tell me what you think! ps. you will take that back
I've tried blimp during appvent and i didn't like it. Anything else? I have 3 dollars to spend. Actually i have 13 dollars but i'm saving the 10 for Sims 3 World Adventures. Should i get something else instead of sims 3 world adventures.
I'm having a blast with VANQUISH: The Oath of Brothers by Gamevil. It's $2.99 and well worth it if your into ARPG's.
Yes. Its a very polished game, with good graphics, gameplay, sound/music, presentation. To me this is one of the better games so far this year.
Hmmm.... I'm sill considering that one. It doesn't seem as RPG oriented as say Hybrid or Caligo Chaser (you'll see). Are there equipment upgrades or leveling up, or is it just the item thing. And the art style isn't exactly my favorite... The story seems good though, so thats one reason I might buy it.
I put my review of Machiavelli's Ascent in my last post, but here it is for newcomers: Machiavelli's Ascent is a game with one simple goal: to go up. Will Machiavelli the jellyfish ever reach his goal? The graphics are good, and there is an instructions menu explaining what each thing is. You control Machiavelli by tilting. I did not find any bugs with the controls. To keep rising, you go to nutrient bubbles. Starfish and what are known as Elusives give you bonus points. Jumpers shoot you up quickly. You can pause as many times as you want. The in-game music is alright, but if you have the song Icarus Borne on Wings of Steel by Kansas I think that would be a better fit. Machiavelli's Ascent has OpenFeint. Anyone who has been fervently searching for a "going-up" style game with a jellyfish named Machiavelli should be happy with Machiavelli's Ascent. It is on sale for $1 now, but it will go up to $3.
What about The Infinity Project? The gameplay looked somewhat stiff and the randomly popping out enemies a bit unappealing. Is it one of those games that are more fun to play than watch? It seems lengthy, and the graphics were fairly nice.
Should I get battle blaster, doesn't look that great to me but I have heard good things about it. (I already know starmonkey's answer )
can i convince you a little bit more? 6 completely unique characters 4 difficulty levels split screen multiplayer (im beta testing bluetooth multiplayer as we speak) TONS of replay value. once you start playing, you will come back forever. facebook leaderboards. devs say online support via openfeint or plus coming soon tons and tons and tons of fun! i like the kind of games you like. so trust me on this. EDIT: sunrisemoon will back me up on this
KamiCrazy came out over a year ago, I'm surprised I haven't heard of it. It looks really fun- similar to Age of Tribes and Fuzzies. If you end up getting it, let me know how it is.
