    Australia, mate!
Yeah. Blimp is a great game. I picked it up in the Appvent Calender last December.

I feel like I'm the only one here who didn't enjoy Blimp that much... I tried it from AppVent and I got bored. Maybe I didn't give it enough time, but I didn't enjoy it much.

That said, Zogma any good? Can you move the characters in game or aim their guns? If not, I'm gonna skip it.

Re. Zogma: You can do both, but characters only go between fixed firing positions.

Oh, that's alot better than it sounded at first. The way it was described was like a tower defense game where you just sat there and watched the dudes in their fixed positions shoot the zombies coming for the house. Being able to aim and move them somewhat really adds to it. I might get it now.

I enjoyed it, but not for that long - physics weren't interesting enough. Cabby and Alien Taxi are both better. The original Space Taxi is coming to Commodore 64 soon, which will be untouchable after it's out!

I picked up HM2 and 2360/Cydonia the other day, and there like flip sides of the same coin. So far I like HM2 better - the graphics and exploration and gameplay are appealing to me more than the twitch action of Cydonia. Both are worth a buck if you like Mecha games.

is COD: Waw: Zombies worth the money, if you don't play much online? If not, is there any other game worth buying, which is not aviable in Germany and only in the US store?

GOOOO BUY ITTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's the best survival shooter in the App Store. Living in Germany, I'm assuming you've never played World at War, therefore never played Nazi Zombies, but you can find plenty of it on youtube. I've played offline 95% of the time, and it's still a TON of fun. You need to buy it, that is all.

And from what I hear, if GTA isn't in the German store, go buy it. I'm gonna try to get it myself. Seen too much gameplay to simply not care about it.

    Thanks for the fast answer!

GTA is available in Germany, it's awesome...

I played the lite of COD already, and I liked it, but I wasn't sure if the full is really worth 9,99...So, as soon as I get the gift card I'll buy it, I think :D

Well, the thing is, by round 3 you barely get into the help room. The first room is very limited about what you can do, and unless you have the full version, you can't see the depth this game has. I think you're going to like it.

Oo that's a tough choice.....I haven't played through AC2 all the way yet, but in Avatar there's like 15 or 16[?] chapters, its a fairly long game. But once you beat it, you have to start over, there's no way to choose a specific chapter/mission.

AC2 is..Idk. I still have mixed feelings. Its a good game, I just don't like stealth missions and there's an abundance of them. The menus could use a bit of polish, after you get the controls down you kind of wish there was a wider array of moves [or at least that's how I feel] For a side scroller though, they did a really good job.

Can anyone tell me if Machiavelli's Ascent and Parachute Ninja are good?

parachute ninja is absolutely fantastic. the gameplay video looks slow, but its misleading. the game is fast-paced and a ton of fun.

Thank you! I am downloading it now. I am also downloading Machiavelli's Ascent and will post my own short review of it in this post later for others who may be iffy about it.
    Your signature is quite impressive.

EDIT: Now for my promised short review of Machiavelli's Ascent! I will also be putting this in a new post for newcomers to this thread.
Machiavelli's Ascent is a game with one simple goal: to go up. Will Machiavelli the jellyfish ever reach his goal?
The graphics are good, and there is an instructions menu explaining what each thing is.
You control Machiavelli by tilting. I did not find any bugs with the controls. To keep rising, you go to nutrient bubbles. Starfish and what are known as Elusives give you bonus points. Jumpers shoot you up quickly.
You can pause as many times as you want.
The in-game music is alright, but if you have the song Icarus Borne on Wings of Steel by Kansas I think that would be a better fit.
    Machiavelli's Ascent has OpenFeint.
Anyone who has been fervently searching for a "going-up" style game with a jellyfish named Machiavelli should be happy with Machiavelli's Ascent. It is on sale for $1 now, but it will go up to $3.
