Mass "What should I get?" Thread 2011

infinity blade is apparently on 2-3 hours long for each playthrough :/ so thats why im not getting that and im getting something with a longer storyline, but what should a get?

 

Maybe DH2? That's what I'm getting.

 

Demon Hunter? I'm a Castlevania fan.

Kosmo Spin? Seems cute and fun.

What's the best TBS besides Wesnoth?

 

was thinking that but im leaning more toward illusia by gamevil any thoughts

 

I don't know much about it other than it's a side-scrolling rpg, not my type of game.

 

so, with all the appstore madness going on today and tonight, i wanted to throw out some indie love.

if you're into endless games and want something with charm, polish and great gameplay, i highly encourage anyone that hasn't to check out Wispin and Silverfish.

both are great, with GC achievements and leaderboards, TA-inspired updates with two very hands on developers.

i'll be playing them while i wait for 11pm to arrive. if you want to kill some time, both are highly recommended.

 

Quick cause I'm impatient.. Crimson gem saga?

 

WOW what a day! Gonna grab infinity blade and dungeon hunter 2. Don't see anything special in illusia and dead rising. DR seems unpolished and I don't like sidescrollers like illusia. So should I get dungeon hunter 2 or eternal legacy? Did I miss anything else? I'm hoping for Phoenix wright and pacman ce to drop in price...

 

Yes yes and yes. I just beat it today myself. The story and voice acting is awesome. I beat the game after 28 hours of gametime.

The menus aren't perfect so they take abut getting used to them and during dialogue there is a bug that when someone says more then 1 line only the last line is voiced.

Aside from that one of the best games I've ever played. (there might be. Sale soon so maybe wait a few days)

How does infinity blade perform on a 3gs?

 

Does anybody know of any good action RPGs for the iPad that are under $5? I can't seem to find one in that price range

 

I think Ravensword is below $5 right now, not sure though.

If you can get $6 check out Infinity Blade.

 

Infinity Blade vs Lego HP + some .99 game?

 

It runs fine on my iTouch 3gs, a few frame drops during cut scenes but it was excellent during the fights.

apparently the graphics are scaled down a bit and i've noticed some framerate problems every now and again both when looking around the environment and right before some cutscenes.

nothing that hinders gameplay in the slightest.
