Definitely a yup. It's a steal for the amount of content and after 20-30 minutes you get used to the controls.
Games that have an ending are not, in my opinion, replayable. Unless the game is REALLY good, then I wouldn't be able to replay it after completion. I loved Final Fantasy Crisis Core on my PSP but I probably won't be able to replay it since the story is what keeps me going. Same for War of Eustrath. I loved it, but I won't be able to replay it until like after a year when I forget what it was about. Like I said, I haven't played it, so I'm assuming it has an ending (at least until year 5 is out). If I end up playing it one day and I complete it, I don't see myself playing it for awhile. That, in my opinion, is not replayable. I consider a game replayable if it continues to draw me back. I don't think a game that eventually ends would draw me back, at least not right away.
Um there's a little hour glass thing in the game that tells you how much you've progressed in the game. Just beating the game will get you to around 50%. if youve never played a Lego game, you really have no say in this whatsoever. Half the game is based on 'free play' mode where eventually you'll have over a hundred characters to use per level. Unlocking spells also use this 'free play' mode. You can't unlock anything cool without going back and playing this 'free mode'. Think about the possibilities of fighting a giant troll with harry on a broomstick in the girls restroom at hogwarts. And um crisis core was definitely worth replaying unless you're telling me you can best all 300 missions in the first playthrough. Good luck beating mineva who has ten million hp, exact. Refer to how much you're hitting now and divide.
Okay and once the hour glass reaches 100%, how replayable is it? Even if it takes you months to reach 100%, would you be able to play it again right away? It also depends how far the person is willing to play. Maybe you would like to reach 100% in the hour glass, but other people would be satisfied with completing the story mode or whatever. I'm not saying the game is crap. I probably will end up picking it up later on (not yet since I'm hoping for some Black Friday sales this week ).
hey guys anyone know a game with a good long intriguing story (15+ hours) and also maybe replay value btw i have zenonia 1 and 2
It's 4 dollars, and 99 cents. Oh no guess I'm gonna be missing out on a days lunch. Um reaching 100% takes 30+ hours. No, I'm pretty theyd be wondering why half the areas in the game were locked. LEGO Harry Potter.
You obviously missed the point of my entire post. I didn't say it was too expensive. I didn't say it would take 5 minutes to reach 100%. I asked whether you would be able to play it again after getting 100%.
I'm saying why would you want to play a game after you reach 100 when a hundred good games come out a month.
Isn't that what replaying a game is? To play a game again? I don't think it means "continue playing until you reach 100% in the hour glass".. And plus, you never said that so.. yea.
This could be argued both ways, but I rest my case and will spare spamming this thread. I don't know much about finishing AppStore games since I buy over 50 dollars worth a month. It's whatever.
I'm really bored. Galaxy on Fire 2? How does it run on a 2g device...and does it have some type of endless mode? If that doesn't really work, is there an awesome endless game that isn't very similar to other ones that a lot of people don't have?
If you're in a position where you actually have to sacrifice a days lunch to buy a game that's 5 dollars, you really shouldn't own an iPod or be perusing the AppStore for purchases.
