I've only played Cartoon Wars: Gunner, but it's pretty fun. Good for a decent time killer, but not the best game I've ever played. I got bored after a bit... and I really havn't played it all that much. It's not a bad game, but it's not great either. Havn't heard amazing things about Grunts, but I was kinda looking at it so I might go for it one day if I need a new game to play. As for my question, is Beat It! fun? Need an answer ASAP, it's on sale until tomorrow.
I need an answer quick. If no one replies by 10 I'm getting it anyway just because it's on sale and looks fun.
I would not get grunts if I were you. The controls are poor and your finger is constantly covering the screen. Idk about Beat It

K guys I have a lot of questions and I would really appreciate if y'all could answer them. 1. Is Avatar worth $7? Is it just a hack-and-slash game with great graphics, or is it a truely revolutionary game? 2. Is jet car stunts worth $2? I have heard great stuff about this game but can somebody tell me exactly why it's so great? 3. Which is better...alive-4-ever or minigore? And why? 4. Is fieldrunners the best tower defense game? If not what is the best? What makes fieldrunners better than other TD games? 5. Should I get cartoon wars or cartoon war gunners? And why? 6. Is touchgrind really all it's hyped up to be? 7. COD vs NOVA...which is the better FPS? I know it's a lot of questions but if you guys could answer it I would really appreciate that. Thx so much
2. YES it is one of the best games on the iphone/ipod. Seriously do yourself a favor and buy it. The physics and the ..well it's too hard to describe but trust me. Its the most fun you'll have on the ipod. 3. A4E is very good. tons of weapons, enemies, characters, perks, etc. Also there are many game modes. It'll last you while, trust me. But idk about minigore 4. no it is not. there are tons of others that are better. Its just that I lost interest in them and stopped buying them. Navy Patrol coastal defense is a very deep one I have. 7. Both are fantastic. NOVA for me
4. depends on a lot really. compared to other TD games, Fieldrunners is a lot slower and games last really long. also not as challenging. my personal favorite TD game is the creeps, which imo is a much better value.
1. Its pretty good 2. Yes Jet Car Stunts is worth $2. It just has that real feel to it. 3. Both good, Minigore has more character to it and better graphics. 4. FieldRunners is one of the best. I would highly recommend Elemental Monster TD, Sentinel 2, The Creeps, FieldRunners in that order. There are also several other good TD games if you get hooked on the genre. 5. Cartoon Wars over Gunner. They both good but Gunner is more of a sidescroller, Cartoon Wars feels a little better made too.\ 6. Don't own 7. Nova is more suited for the idevice and better designed. CoD Zombies is a very good port though, with multiple control options and co-op. Get em both.
Thanks for the recommendation. The Deep is indeed a great game, already played for a half hour and feel like going back for more. A hidden gem of a game.
Ok, fun game. Just make sure that you use headphones when you play it though, I can't hear the base drum when the speaker is turned all the way up and put right against my ear. Overall a very good game, you won't be disappointed that you bought it.
Haven´t tried Fieldrunners, but i bought "The Creeps" which is a really solid TD game. I prefer the cuddly themed Creeps in comparison to the war theme Fieldrunners tries to provide. Seems like i´m too old to get hooked by war themed games. A matter of taste i guess. Oh and Plants vs. Zombies should be really fun too, i can´t wait till it arrives. I´d write that one on your list. It´s alright, still it lacks a ghost car feature.
any recommendations for really quick games that you can play for like 30 seconds something fast like canabalt, doodle jump, orbital, aqua globs, frenzic, etc
Boost 3D and Diaballic Diaballic is a fast paced side scrolling action platformer. It is great to play in short spurts and there are randomized levels with 4 difficulties. I highly reccomend it.

How are Bird Strike, WordCrasher, and Rebounce? They all look really great and I can't make up my mind-- any reccomendations?
I can only speak on behalf of Beat It!, but I'm enjoying it so far. It's a really fun game if you're into music games. A nice break from the typical hit the notes as they scroll down the screen type of game. It's almost a puzzle game that incorperates music. Just make sure you're wearing headphones, otherwise you'll have trouble hearing the beats, especially the bass drum as you go on.
