Is Zogma worth the $2? It looks great, but I don't want to regret another purchase. Can anyone give me an estimate of the total playtime/replayability?
No. I don't know why I bought it because it's really stupid, unless you like old school stuff that is.
I played it a bit. It's unique and pretty fun. Never finished it though so I can't really comment on that...

actually. i just played the entire lite version again... and i have come to the conclusion that i absolutely hate the game and will never buy it. i bought soul though and its really good. i will prob get rolando 2 or across age next.
it's like a labyrinth type game. but it has amazing animation and really gets you into the game. extremely engaging. there is a thread about it here with a vid in it. it's scary but a ton of fun. well worth the 2 dollars.

Are we talking about hook champ? Because im not really having much fun with it either...theres a certain cave early on in the game thats impossible to get past.. its no fun when you cant avoid getting eaten... :/
Is the Hero any good? and also I can't convince myself to buy Fargoal, do the devs have any plan of putting it on sale anytime soon
No offense, but the beginning ones are pretty easy. Its difficult to get top times, of course, but passing them isn't that hard. The last levels are hard, and there are a few other you can get stuck on, but its fun trying to beat them. And while you are stuck on them, you can try to improve your times (and skills) on other levels. It's really addicting.
I've been wondering about Fargoal myself. I'm not really into Roguelikes much (I've only really like Doom Roguelike, but no others that much), but this seems like it's something that even those that aren't huge on the genre could get into. I'll try downloading one of the free Rogue games out there first to see how much I like them, but I'd just like to hear how good of an RL it is.
