I knew someone would make This thread. Anyway, I like them both very much, they are both pretty much equal in gameplay. What really won me over was the fact that you can make your own levels In Chalkboard Stunts I vote Chalkboard Stunts
Dungeon & Hero. Ok, not really. That game is AWFUL. Well, Inotia 2 is SIMILAR as it's a game where you explore the world in 3rd person and battle monsters without entering a battle screen, but the battle system is completely different. Otherwise there's Across Age, which has gotten a lot of mixed reaction. I'm still a bit hesitant about getting it, since I hear the battle system isn't all that great. Your best bet is probably to just wait for Zenonia 2. It's going to be awesome.
um...i have a crazy question... Let's say you wanted to play Earthbound on your iPhone.. is there a game thats like that?
There aren't too many turn-based RPG's. Final Fantasy I & II came out, they seem overpriced to me, though. Monster RPG 2 seems to be getting favorable responses on this forum, you might want to check that out. Personally I would recommend Sword & Poker. It's awesome, it uses poker as the battle system and it works incredibly well.
Snes4iPhone. I've played Earthbound on it before, and it works fine. Otherwise there's FF 1 and 2 and Monster RPG 2, but they're not the same. There was something about Earthbound that made it awesome...
I didnt mean just any RPG, i meant particularly, Earthbound. Where would i look to find a game with the same off the wall humor and craziness?
Honestly, you won't. There's no games that have that same awesomeness that Earthbound does. Again, your best bet is to use Snes4iphone, since there's no RPG like it. Man, they really need to port that game to the iPhone... but I doub't that'll ever happen.
Oh... well then I really don't think there's anything like Eartbound in the AppStore. You may just want to get an emulator for another portable system like DS, PSP, or even your cell phone depending on how good it is.
this kinda IS my cell phone... Also: im not sure how your supposed to use an emulator with the DS...unless you mean the DSi, which i dont have..
Oh... I just noticed you have an iPhone and not an iPod... But for the DS you can buy flash carts which are regular DS carts that you can put microSD cards into so you can play homebrew.
Controls are perfect but the arrow for a player plays tricks on your brain. The Starball devs had some research or somethig to back that up when they made the "vector" theme.
Raging thunder 2, ragdoll blaster 2, or tilt to live Should I get raging thunder 2, ragdoll blaster 2, or tilt to live?
