I'll put them in order from my favorite to least favorite. This is just my opinion. Blueprint 3D Whale Trail Helsing's Fire Where's My Water Some people might say Whale Trail shouldn't be second, but it's there because I can't help but enjoy playing it and for aesthetic reasons.
I'll try. Going to ask a moderator first since it might turn into a second "Mass.." thread. Edit: Got it approved. Will be making the thread shortly.
Definitely get Zombieville 2 eventually though. It's a great game especially if you have people to play it with. If you don't, online coop with a random player could always be fun as well.
http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?p=2008004#post2008004 There it is! ---------- Enjoy guys. Remember to keep most of your questions/comments out of the thread since we don't want it to be just another "Mass..." thread. Feel free to post that kind of stuff here, and I'll definitely be glad to reply as usual. Thanks!
Does anyone remember a thread from a month or two back called something like "plug the hole" And it was a physics puzzler game where you have to cut the strings off different colored pom pom balls to make the pom pom ball land into a hole in the wall with paint flowing out to "plug the hole" It looked amazing, I was really looking forward to it but I can't find the thread or anything about it so I'm starting to wonder if I dreamt it.
It was called "Fix the Leaks" and it was only in beta - the developer was courting a publisher, but I'm not sure what came out of that. I tested the full version and it was indeed an awesome game, but the publishers thought something was off. (not sure if I'm allowed to be more specific than that)
Well, this thread seems empty today. Time to liven it up . So, I'm looking to buy a bunch of games. I made a list, checked it twice (jk), and then I have the 'on the bubble games'. These games are all good as far as I can tell, but I'm not sure which are the best (going on a long trip, so content and fun value are probly most important). So: Age of Zombies Anniversary, Great Little War Game HD, Blueprint 3D, Where's My Water, The Blocks Cometh, Bring Me Sandwiches, and Monsters Ate My Condo. If you can rank them from best buy to worst buy (comparitively) it would be great. Also, if you think any of my 'for sure buying soon' games are not as good as the other list, feel free to say it The "For sure buying" list (could change, but not too likely): Junk Jack, Jet car Stunts, Pix'n love rush (4 modes, right?), Flick Soccer, FLick Champions HD, Draw Race 2, Spycorp. Thanks!
In order from best buy to worst buy: Blueprint 3D The Blocks Cometh AoZ: Anniversary (if you have the first then you could put this last on the list) Where's My Water Great Little war Game (just to let you know there's a lite version to check it out) I haven't played the other two. Yeah, your "for sure" list is pretty solid, but I haven't played Spycorp (I'm pretty sure you saw the video and have a good idea though). If you played the lite version of Draw Race and liked it, then I say go for it. It's just not for everyone since you draw a line to control the car. I personally like it.
Got it, thanks. Got a long trip ahead so i think i might pass on blueprint 3d for the moment (or at least until before the way back, so i can see all the thanksgiving sales ). But you're putting of The Blocks Cometh pretty much added that to the 'buy' list, plus it's looks fun. I'm thinking about just staying with GLWG's lite for now, since it in itself has a ton of content...thanks a lot for your rankings though, they help a bunch! Also: should i buy Jet car stunts now or wait on it? Not sure since I might get better value right now out of say the combo of WMW (where's my water) and MAMC (monsters ate my condo)...
Is Blueprint 3D not a dollar anymore? You can wait until after your trip, but it is a phenomenal game. There's just something about that makes you want to play it more and more. I'm waiting anxiously for new level packs. If you play it all in one sitting it's short. I got the achievement for beating it in 35 minutes or less, but I played over the course of 3 days. If your'e getting the other games on your list then JCS can wait. I usually do the 2 instead 1 also (when applicable), unless it's a game I really want. JCC is great but, again, it can wait. Just play the lite version on your trip to hold you over.
Lol, I don't think there's a point to any other soccer game anymore with FIFA 12 out. FTS takes second place though. Pass on it.
Oh wow thanks echoSeven I wasn't expecting a response! Your a walking encyclopedia of iOS wisdom The game looks wonderful.. I hope it gets released soon!
Tactical Warrior. One of the better turn-based strategy games I've played. TW doesn't have super graphics but don't be fooled by it though. The gameplay itself is addictive. You basically start off with 2 characters and during the course of the game, you can gain more characters through missions. Some missions offer item rewards, others offer unique characters (like animals) as companions. The standard RPG setting is present, i.e. leveling your characters, equipping them with loot and skill distribution. You can have similar characters yet they can have totally different skill builds depending on how you like to play.
Yeah, well probably 75% of TA users own it, especially after the price drop to $0. But yeah, definitely one of the best TBS in the App Store.
Sorry if I'm too late, but just thought I'd share my order on those too. GLWG - one of the best TBS in App Store, lots of content. Can get difficult in the latter campaigns though. JCS - el Classico Blueprint 3D - unique, 'nuff said. MAMC - one of the best match 3 type.
