Which game for ios plays most like Dark Souls? I loved monster hunter for psp, and have read about dark souls and tried it a bit at a games expo today. So, I want something similar to play on the iOS since that's my main gaming these days. And don't suggest Monster hunter dynamic hunting, because it is nothing like the real monster hunter. Thanks
Might be worth giving a look to Xtreme Wheels (1.99), Flip Riders(0.99), or DynaStunts (2.99). If you're looking for a realistic trials, though, Xtreme Wheels is the one to go with of those three. Not sure how these compare to other stuff available though....
NO!!! It's alright, but I don't think it's worth the $2 price tag, especially with the other word games out there. If you're a SERIOUS word game enthusiast then it will be pretty decent buy.
No poblemo! Here are some good, free word games that I like: Abbledabble, WordFeud, and Word to Word.
Thanks. But I tried it and it's extremely slow and repetetive. But thanks for an accurate suggestion! Any other suggestions?
Is Necronomicon Redux a board game or an actual RPG? Is there deck building? Is it worth getting for $.99?
Huh, now that you say that I had to look and it looks pretty interesting. I believe it's an rpg card game, and there's deck building (as the description said), and I don't own it. Curious on this one too. Also: is there any difference between redux and horror? And any other awesome games out there that people are enjoying? I've got like 20 bucks and don't know what to spend it on (except for maybe garageband, flick soccer, and jcs and squids, which leaves at least 10 bucks left....)
Necronomicon Horror was fun, but understanding it was made harder than it needed to be! I haven't played Redux, but here is a review of the game: http://www.boardandwargames.com/2011/11/review-necromonicon-redux-hd-ipad.html Here is a counter to the review: Also, do you have any genre preferences?
Guys what side scrolling game that has an atmosphere like Tomba (Playstation)? Im looking for something fantasy adventure
Mass "What should I get?" Thread So, I bought an iPad 2 and gave my iPad 1 to my wife. She's not a big gamer, but so far likes the hidden object games and we play battleship between the iPads along with UNO. Any other not too complicated multiplayer games that we could get to play each other on wifi/bluetooth? She enjoys it, but doesn't like big learning curves or overly complex games since she mainly does it as something fun to do where we can spend time together. Ideas? Thanks.
I was in the same position last year when I got an iPad 2 as well. In our experience, certain games that are meant to be single-player have appealed a lot more to the both of us if we sit together and take turns playing them, as opposed to specific multi-player games which haven't settled in so well with us. A list of great single-player games that we usually take turns playing: Where's My Water? - currently the king of all games we play. My wife's fallen head over heels for this one and we've both enjoyed clearing the levels by taking turns. She in fact beat all of the levels in my absence a few days ago... lol. Bejeweled - either take turns with making moves, or make it a free-for-all Cover Orange - the wife loved this one - cute graphics and smart gameplay Splode - simple yet fun, the later levels get tricky and we take turns trying to clear them Tiki Totems 1/2 - another puzzler that's given us a lot of enjoyment. We breezed through a lot of levels but the later, trickier ones were fun.
How good are these games? (what i want out of a game is ~3hrs/$1 and it to be fun, the 3hrs is if possible of course if it's fun enough). So how are these games?: Bring Me Sandwiches (length? fun-ness?), Scribblenauts (length?), Flick Soccer (length? fun-ness?), JCS (length?), Jenga (how good is the iOS version?), Squids (don't like rpgs much, length?), Where's my Water (how fun is it? if i don't generally get to finishing most casual games and disliked heavily feed me oil?). Also the next batch i literally have no clue on pretty much and there's no lite version. Solely going off good reviews, and your input: Snuggle Truck, Pix'n Love Rush, Solipskier. Any help is GREATLY appreciated, even if it's with just one of these games. Thanks!
