-Thanks for the opinions! They helped me out quite a bit. Looks like I'll pick up Bike Baron, jAggy Race, Jet Car Stunts and probly Squids too (TBSs are the only rpgs i most often like, if it's a certain style of 'em). But what's the IAP on JCS? Is it a biggy importante thing? As long as the base gameplay gives me a few hours per dollar I'm fine with it though, but I'd still like to know. -If scribblenauts only has a couple hours of gameplay then I'll wait on that one since it's 4.99 -Any of the Gameloft sale games worht getting this time? None of them really look to great that much, so I'm wondering on it.... -(these are ones that if you own one i'd like impressions): Robo5, Jenga, Zombieville2, Putter King Adventures, Trainyard, Touchgrind BMX, Bring Me Sandwiches, Flick Golf Xtreme/Soccer, Tabledrum, Bouncy Mouse. -If you have any extra suggestions please post 'em. I just got a 15 dollar gift card and I'm looking for the funnest games out there
The base of JCS will definitely last you a few hours. Especially if you try and get a gold medal for each level. The IAP is just extra levels, so that'll tack on a few more hours as well.
Modern Combat 3... Period. Best FPS out there. Amazing multiplayer and improved campaign. well worth the 7 dollars.
I agree it's a good game, but there are a few things that can drive you bananas. Firstly, there's a bug that deletes/doesn't save your progress; this is detrimental to gameplay. Secondly, if you don't like using gyroscope controls, then the touch sensitivity might not be high enough for you. Lastly, the ADS is ridiculously slow. I actually haven't been playing MP, and I probably won't until these things get fixed.
Well I haven't noticed the progress bug at all and with control sensitivity at top I'm doing fine on touch controls.
The progress bug probably isn't widespread, but trust me it really sucks. I've lost my progress 5 times, so I gave up. Yeah, sensitivity is based on opinion. When I play shooters on iOS, I tend to rush (running over to the enemies side as fast as I can) because rushing on consoles it is a bit harder (except battlefield); so, I rush as much as I can. My problem, like others have stated, is that when your'e up against two or more people, you are going to die 9 times out of 10 refocusing. I've never had this problem on any other game; iOS or console. If you don't rush as much then the sensitivity isn't that bad. I just really like to look around extremely fast, which some, maybe a lot, of people don't like. So, if I want to rank high, I have to camp or really pace myself; camping on a mobile device is no fun either. Plus ADS is really, really bad!
I've played it and think it's just decent, but I'm very biased when it comes to stop and shoot type games. I would advise you to try out the free version first. Here's the link: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/resident-evil-4-lite/id349456923?mt=8
I see your point and I tend to rush myself often, but if you mean aiming when they're close, well that just sucks. If they're close, don't aim, just shoot at them.
Absolutely NO! I have deleted it from my iPhone...R4latinum makes u feel ashamed of being an owner of an idevice
